I Felt like I was a nuisance to the staff. My Burger was dry & cold. Couldn't even melt the cheese. Obviously it was cooked well in advance and was left sitting for a while. The whole point of a char broiled Burger is the freshness.

does it matter which burger I got? I ordered bacon guacamole without cheese. had to verify twice that the guy heard me and I still got cheese on my double burger. I'm lactose intolerant. learn to follow simple instructions.

Worst time getting Carl's Jr chicken tenders, as I ordered to go and received a complete mess of whatever it was! Son always gets them and when asked for a new order they said they ran out of tenders! Horrible customer service, won't be going to this Carl's Jr at the walmart off Bowles and C470. Asked for something to replace the very old under coked nasty chicken. Typically placed order to go, but decided to eat here, never again, will be contacting corporate because wouldn't refund my meal I didn't eat!
