The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

This is the best Philly cheese steak I have ever had and I’m from outside of Philly and had their famous cheesesteaks and that is saying something. I like these better because they are not greasy at all. Their bread is nice and soft and tastes really good!

Older blonde lady at the cashier didn’t give us a receipt and was then yelling the other numbers and expecting us to know what our number was. When I said no receipt was given to us, she turned around speaking in Spanish like we were not understanding and laughing with a coworker about the receipt situation. There were only 3 people in line. She knew exactly our order but refused to tell us that it was our order. Completely unacceptable.

Always yummy. Last 2 times, service was bad though. Left once after being ignored for several minutes. Second time got an old lady who doesn't like white people. Shouldn't have tipped, but card machine took it before the bad service.

they are becoming worst day by day. I told them specefically not to put tomatoes or pickles in the buffello steak... and they did it intentionally i think..this is not the first time for me facing this from them. it was not busy at all while they were taking the order. They did it twice with me.Unprofessional behaviour.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location at Southwest Plaza Mall is terrible. The Hispanic lady is extremely RUDE everytime. She is a little older, maybe she hates her job and always has a scowl look on her face... She really needs to learn better customer service skills or find another job!!
