I ordered the lava cake and chocolate chip cookie on 11/20/25. I knew they were about 30 minutes before close which is why I made sure over the phone I could still order those items. When I picked up those items about 5 minutes later, they were both frozen. I did not know that the hot desert items I wanted would be frozen. I did not know I would need to bake the ready to eat items from a restaurant after I paid for them. The audacity to automatically select the 18% tip option is quite the choice considering I just ordered an overpriced, food distributor's frozen desert. Not a fan. Do not recommend.

This Chilis location is a great place to stop by for a meal. We like to sit by the bar bc of the server Jen. She is very friendly , very prompt , and more than likely will remember your face. This location has always been clean including the bathrooms. The food is always served hot . There are booths and tables unless you’d rather sit at the bar. Plenty of TVs to watch. The sound is normal where you can hear the people speaking at your table. There is plenty of parking and you can see the restaurant from the street. There are lots of other businesses around it including shopping. Grab a bite after you’re done getting your vehicle serviced , doing some shopping , getting groceries maybe. Don’t forget to check the specials , your rewards , and any happy hour deals.

Waitress was wonderful. Manager did his job, but wasn't the most friendly. Ribs were dry and chicken crisper were cold, BUT, the waitress insisted on bringing me out fresh ones, which ended up saving the the entire meal experience. Good on her!

We came in this evening for dinner and there was some girl w a mask on going around talking about. She started feeling sick yesterday, but felt much better today. She was bartending as well. Another server was saying that something was going around with the employees. They didn’t know if it was a cold or Covid or what it was. It’s just unbelievable to me being in the food service industry that anybody sick would be serving customers, food or drinks for that matter. And that management would allow them to come in. Beware! Because this is disgustingy for a restaurant!

We only used the pickup option. Food was amazing but they did forget utensils, no big deal. Prices are insane ! Appertizers, Meals and dessert for 2 people, with tip, came to $120. Will only patronize when we can afford it again. Otherwise, Chili's is a staple.

I ordered $92 worth of food (takeout) tonight.. ordered skillet queso for $11.. get home to a half filled cup which I measured and it was a little shy of 3/4 cup. Seriously??? $11 for 3/4 a cup of food!?!? These companies just rip people off more and more!!!!!! Will not eat here again
