We only used the pickup option. Food was amazing but they did forget utensils, no big deal. Prices are insane ! Appertizers, Meals and dessert for 2 people, with tip, came to $120. Will only patronize when we can afford it again. Otherwise, Chili's is a staple.

I ordered $92 worth of food (takeout) tonight.. ordered skillet queso for $11.. get home to a half filled cup which I measured and it was a little shy of 3/4 cup. Seriously??? $11 for 3/4 a cup of food!?!? These companies just rip people off more and more!!!!!! Will not eat here again

The staff was super nice and very accommodating to our group. This is not on them! The quality of food the chain sells has gone down dramatically since our visit just last Spring to the same location. Not sure why Chili's doesn't have a blender anymore, but they no longer serve blended non-alcholic drinks. Food was edible, but over priced for what it was. Our group will be looking for other accommodations next round. Sorry Chili's, another one bites the dust.

The location on Kipling is my favorite. We live in Loveland and the one in Loveland is awful.
If you order take out from Chili’s, I hope you are lucky enough to be waited on by Mike. Mike is #1 in hospitality & kindness. He offered me a drink while I waited (I arrived early) and added extra fries to my order. As I was leaving, I asked him to toss my empty drink, but instead he refilled it for the road. It may be a small thing that he did, but in this day and age I assure you it was not.

Had been a while since I'd been to this location, and last few times were not great. This time was like the old days: simple food done well, good service by staff and decent value with lunch special. Burger was cooked well, and fries were good. Good lunch.
