Will not be ordering online at this location every again. My husband and I ordered 2 bowls with extra rice and extra beans. My husband's looked like someone ate from it. Mine was so small I doubt it was even a full portion let alone extra. For paying $30 dollars and tipping, the portions should be alot bigger. I'll find another location and order in person from now on.

worst bowl i’ve ever had. the food tasted like straight gorilla knuckles, they rationed the food, they charged me for a water cup and wouldn’t allow us to sit will we ate even though every single table was open. wouldn’t recommended this place.

Apart from the fact that the prices have been very high recently, the food and the service are now also bad, when I arrived at the bar the person who served me was cleaning the bar, he had it in front of him and he never greeted me or asked me for a few minutes to to take care of me, I simply had to deduce that I had to wait, the food includes less and less meat or chicken, on this occasion I did not take the corresponding spoonful of meat and only three quarters of the spoonful fell, I understand that only one spoonful corresponds but nor was that... very disappointed in chipotle, it doesn't look like what it was before. I'll have to consider other options.

They short you every time it makes you not even want to go there anymore it’s disrespectful. It’s crazy because you’re paying for it but they give you the smallest portions and when you speak on it they get attitudes. they charge more then most chipotles yet you get less.I’m sure they take the left overs home that’s why they do

I have never been more disappointed with a Chipotle location than the one on Bellview in Greenwood Village. Every time I order online for my company, it's a complete disaster. The accuracy of my orders is shockingly low, and it seems like the staff at this location are incapable of getting anything right. I've lost count of the number of times I've had to reach out to customer service for assistance, only to be met with little to no helpful resolution.My advice to anyone considering ordering from this Chipotle: NEVER order online. It's a guaranteed headache that will leave you frustrated and hungry. It's bad enough dealing with the constant mistakes, but the real kicker is the portion sizes when ordering in-store. It's like they've mastered the art of giving you half of what you pay for. I understand that portion sizes can vary, but this location takes it to a whole new level of stinginess.I cannot in good conscience recommend this Chipotle to anyone. The consistently wrong orders, coupled with the disappointing portions, make it an absolute nightmare for anyone looking to enjoy a satisfying meal. Save yourself the trouble and look for alternatives in the area – this Chipotle on Bellview is just not worth the frustration.

Guys you are one of my goto. But the place was busy and dirty. We had to clean our own table. But really I understand that you were busy so that wasn’t the bad part. The volume of the music was the worst. I couldn’t hear my son or my wife. So please adjust music to be in the back ground not the foreground.
