Terrible customer service. They basically told me to order online and pick it up. Employees had bad attitude and didn’t want to work. Never go to Chipotle at this location better yet don’t go to a company that hires lazy rude employees.

I’ve been coming to this chipotle location for lunch, nearly every day, for at least a year. It’s about time I show my appreciation. They churn through rush lines quickly, the consistent staff members are pleasant, and I very rarely have issues with my orders. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here over the last 12 months and I plan to spend hundreds more in the future. My only real complaint is the parking lot, which truly has nothing to do with chipotle so 5 stars it is! Thanks gang, see you tomorrow!

We got Chipotle catering this weekend for about 30 people. We were shocked by the amount of plastic waste, including how many small containers were used. Qdoba uses large metal trays, which is what we were expecting. While the food itself was fine, there was not much of it. Please find a better way to provide catering.

Served old, brown, oxidized guacamole in my takeout order today. It was all the way through, not simply the surface and tasted bad. As instructed, I forwarded the complaint via the electronic customer support team. They denied the refund of $2.75 citing that they are unable to refund every customer with an order complaint. Over the last year or few, I have noticed a decline in the chicken quality (excess grizzle, bones etc) and have continued to try, without complaint, expecting that all businesses have difficult days. The poor food quality has been increasingly consistent and unavoidable. The in person team was above average today.

Been coming here since this location opened. recently started coming back here the past year after moving. service is absolutely awful past couple times we've been in. This last visit food was undercooked should not be served. Won't be back to this location.

My family ordered 8 meals and they got 2/8 of them right. They were correct on the stickers but had almost nothing that we asked for in the bowls and burritos. They also somehow forgot to give us 2 so when we got home we only had 6 burritos/ bowls. This also isn’t the first time it’s happened to my family. Last time we ordered they forgot another burrito and switched one of our burritos with someone else. If you’re going to order from chipotle don’t order from this one!!

Our online order is incorrect at least 75% of the time at this location, and we order from here 2-3 times/month for the last 3 years. They've given us a burrito bowl instead of a burrito, the quesadilla has weird chunks of black char on the tortilla, they don't put the fajita veggies in the quesadilla and instead put them on the side, they forget the sides that come with the quesadilla...the list goes on. Usually we just deal with it because we don't find out until we're home, but when it's bad enough, we've driven back in, and they haven't even apologized or offered a credit. Now we check the order before we leave with it, which we shouldn't have to do. Tonight, I again had to ask them to remake the quesadilla due to chunks of black something (maybe char from the grill) being all over it, and when I asked them, they didn't apologize for the mistake. We are done going to this location.

Tiny burrito. Bowl was also lacking and missing ingredients. You could practically see the bottom of the bowl. Corporate will not refund you: “Unfortunately we can't compensate every time an order isn't perfectly surprising.”

There guacamole seems to be brown often, with parts of the pit mixed in. Flavor of the bowl, just salty. Disappointed in this location.
