I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and got served raw chicken. The fact that they are not properly temping the meat let alone chicken is a serious concern. And this needs to be taken accounted for before someone gets seriously sick or worse.

I work down the street and visit often. Then employees are always amazing and efficient. Highly recommend this location but pay attention to Arapahoe High School student’s hours, they know it’s a gem too.

Absolutely terrible rip off. I came here to get 3 kids meals, a burrito, and some nachos. My cost was almost $60.

My daughter asked for one of her sides on her kids meal to be steak. No one told me they would charge me more for the entire kids meal for the “extra steak.” As you can see from the picture, the extra steak wasn’t very extra. They also asked my 9 year old what she wanted to drink, and didn’t tell her the poppi she picked would be an extra $3.20.

The steak was also undercooked. When I called them out for the overcharge she said, “you got queso and guac on everything.” To which I replied “no I did not.” They then went to look through the order(still didn’t tell me about the overcharges), and charged me the same amount. I attached the receipt along with a picture of the “extra steak” for reference.

I would say you definitely don’t want to order multiple things here. Maybe one think at a time if you really keep an eye on the uncharges.

It's always an interesting experience going into Chipotle but usually turns out really good. It's so convenient to get a balanced meal with protein, vegetables and everything that I need in my day. I actually eat here quite often and the service is usually spot on as well as the food.

It was all good. I ate there and it was quiet and the food was excellent as usual. And the service was very good too. This location is easy to get to (although it can be a bit difficult to get out of the parking lot) and I will definitely go again.

Had a pickup order with two burritos. One chicken, one carne asada. Abysmal proportions. Very little meat in both burritos. I would say about half a scoop of their spoons worth of meat. Especially for the carne asada burrito being 13$ already and I get a mouth full of rice every bite. The 1$ red chimichurri was also barely half full. Not asking for a full container, but it was not enough.

WOW. Worst food I have ever recieved. Not only am I missing an item but I also paid for extra protein. Not only did I not get that as well but I also seemed to get the bottom of the pan; dried, brunt and crumbles meat pieces. If you didnt have that meat choice maybe you should have waited until I got there and offered me something else. Compelte waste of money and tip.

But seriously, different generations I guess. I understand grinding in the food business isnt fun for most people, but would it kill you to speak kindly and clearly to people paying their money for your food? There are many more chipotles in the area, so I prob wouldnt come back to this one

This is the worst chipotle I have ever seen. It’s right down the road and we are now driving 15 minutes out of the way to a different location moving forward.

Orders are constantly wrong, portions are out of whack, and the quality of the food is not good.

Sometimes way too salty, sometimes no seasoning at all. We have had rice that was so hard it was inedible.

The absolute worst chipotle in the state.

Don’t mobile order here. Your portion will be tiny, with very little meat. Big difference between ordering there to go. I hope they stop doing this. It’s happened too many times to be accidental.

I'm done with this location especially after reading other's reviews. The past 2 times I ordered here, they got our order wrong. They did not put the red salsa on my bow one time and another time, they forgot my chips. This was ordered through the app. I ordered a large queso and chips as a side with my bowl and a kids meal. They gave me the small bag of chips that goes with the kids meal and forgot the large chips that go with the queso. The chips with the kids meal were really stale. Then, we just ordered again and the chips were even more stale, like chewy!! After reading the other reviews I can see they regularly serve food that is not fresh. This is terrible on another level because the students from the high school across the street are daily customers. They think they can get away with it because they're kids. Also, the couple times I have gone inside and ordered, the customer service is not that great, not friendly.
