I love the food here. But honestly when I order for pickup the food is lousy. I ordered a burrito bowl and 90% of it was rice. This has happened multiple times. 🙁😡

I’m beyond disappointed with my order today. I ordered the Wholesome Bowl with Carnitas — which is supposed to be a hearty, protein-packed salad bowl with a decent portion for $13.25. Instead, I received a sad, pathetic excuse for a meal that looked NOTHING like what was advertised.
There was barely any meat, barely any veggies, and very few pieces of lettuce thrown in there like an afterthought. The guac portion was laughable, and the whole thing looked like someone just scraped together leftovers from the bottom of the bin.
This was supposed to be a Wholesome Bowl — not a starvation sampler. For the price I paid, this is absolutely unacceptable. Do better, Chipotle.

The service was kind and friendly. The chicken was full of gristle. Ended up spitting out 5-6 pieces of chicken too tough to chew. $15 for a burrito bowl is outrageous. Sorry I went there.

I love this location. They are always prompt and service is quick because of that, little to no waiting time. The food is always on point - great proportion of ingredients, flavorful, and hot, and they dish healthy portions(you never feel like you're being underserved). Staff is polite and have a sense of urgency - here's looking at you, Devin! Drink area and dining area is generally clean and stocked even during busy hours. I'm a Chipotle addict, I have been to very many locations and these folks do their job well, so well that I had to make a review about it. I will go out of my way to visit this location as opposed to the many others in the area. Just want to say thanks to the staff for doing so well, it's a breath of fresh air compared to the 2 other Wadsworth/Crestline locations up the road. Chipotle, if you read this, please give them some recognition or some giftcards or something for their good work if that is a thing in your company.

First time to this location to and it might be my favorite! Very fast, very friendly, and they make the burritos better!
This was setting up to be a 5-star review until the manager (I think) stepped in. My daughter and I stopped in for some quick Chipotle before heading home. One of the guys was helping my teenage daughter, who has Down syndrome, and he was very patiently taking his time so that she could decide what she wanted and tell him. We have been working hard on encouraging her to be more independent in this way. There was nobody behind us waiting. All of a sudden, the manager came over and snatched the bowl and spoon out of his the guy's hand and told him he wasn't working fast enough. He started flinging food around, cross-contaminating every other ingredient container on the bar, talking really fast, and, after ringing me up, puffed up his chest with pride at the way he disrespected his employee. I was not impressed, though I felt like that's what he was trying to do. The manager took a really good experience for my daughter and turned it into a completely frustrating experience. I left feeling very frazzled and with pain in the pit of my stomach. Way to go!

As a former Kitchen Manager at Chipotle and someone who has been recognized with a restaurant tour award, I can confidently say that this location is on track to receive similar accolades if they haven't already. The staff here is consistently friendly, regardless of how busy it gets or the time of day.
The portions are generous, and rather than scraping from the bottom of a pan, the team ensures that the line is well-stocked and clean throughout their shifts. If I'm going to Chipotle, this is the location I choose. Well done, and a pat on the back to all your hardworking employees!
Vegetarian options: I have been off and on vegan for years. Although I wish they would bring back the cauliflower rice I still would say the sofritas can be spicy and might mess up my stomach but it is worth it every time. You make it how you want it so it is a great option.
Dietary restrictions: GF friendly is hard to find so I love that they have good options. As well as the staff makes sure to take all safety procedures seriously for no cross contamination.
