Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've tried and tired to give your location my money since I live in Ken Caryl, however I just can't stomach it anymore.
The chips and queso I ordered tonight (small size) came with literally 2 ounces of chips. Not even enough to feed a child.

The last time I went in, the line was so gross and unmanaged, the dining room was filthy and the kids working were on their phone.

Coming from the restaurant business i question your sanitary standards, line checks and quality based on what I can see just from standing in line. What happens or doesn't happen behind the line frightens me.

@chiptole management--are you doing anything about the negative reviews listed here?? There's a clear pattern. Who's managing this location? Anyone?

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. Overall, a great experience!

Food tasted alright but it gave me food poisoning and i have been puking from it all morning now

EVERYTIME I order take out from this location, they mess up the order in some way. From missing ingredients, missing items, off balanced ingredient ratios (barely any guac or meat, too much rice even when requesting ‘light’), and horrendous burrito rolling. This location needs better staff that actually know how to do their job.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle! The Sunday night crew was amazing!

A uncontacted tribe in the furthest reaches of the Indian Ocean could make a more authentic and palatable quesadilla than Chipotle could. Seriously, you'd have to make an intentional quest to make Mexican food as bad as this. It's almost as they're going out of their way to ruin your lunch.

Good corn salsa though.
