Today’s experience was extremely disappointing.
We bought a pass for the Trampoline Zone and my daughter had been playing there for over an hour wearing her own ANTI-SLIP socks. Everything was fine until a staff change happened. Suddenly she was told she could not play anymore because she wasn’t wearing Chuck E. Cheese socks — even though she was already wearing anti-slip socks. There was no logical explanation for this. Apparently the rules change depending on which employee is working. My child ended up upset and confused for no reason.
When I spoke with the manager, her response was very dismissive. She looked at me with a condescending attitude and an unpleasant smirk because I couldn’t precisely describe the employee who had allowed my daughter to play earlier. Instead of helping, it felt like I was being treated as if I was the problem, while my child’s morning had already been ruined.
Another major issue here is the rides and machines. This is not just a one-time problem — it’s a constant issue at this location. Many attractions are frequently broken or out of service, and it seems like there is little to no maintenance happening.
Today one child even got stuck high on a pedal ride and was crying while no staff noticed or helped. Other guests had to find an employee to unlock the ride. Meanwhile a staff member used my play card trying to fix it and deducted my points — and it didn’t even solve the problem.
Considering how many machines here are regularly broken and how poorly things are managed, it’s hard to understand what exactly the subscription is paying for.
After today’s experience, I will most likely be canceling our membership and will not be returning.

Claimed that someone accidentally pulled the fire alarm and that we needed to leave 15 minutes before close all while we are watching them from outside smiling good tactic to get everyone out of there on time but cut my son‘s birthday short and he didn’t get to get his prizes very unhappy

I wanted to share a few issues I had hosting my daughter's birthday party Yesterday.
1. I arrived 15 minutes early, to set up, as instructed. I was then told I would not be let in until 5 minutes before the party. So stood outside, with all supplies, for 15 minutes. This was along with other party hosts who were having the same issue.
2. We were not even told what was going on. Our host was late, and I had to go up front to start getting the items for the party. As guests were arriving and we had no guidance.
3. We ordered extra food. Including two extra large pizzas, that did not get put in. They were ordered at 11 and did not get to us until the party was pretty much over. I did this order over the phone with our confirmation. And I guess it was not saved. I did it AGAIN with the party hosts, and this STILL happened.
Our guests were hungry, and that is not acceptable. We were still charged for this, which I thought was crazy
4. The play/trampoline area is not included, even with the most expensive bday package. Which I just find annoying. Like why have it there, if you have to pay extra to do it?
On top of all of this...I literally cannot get a hold of anyone at the store and customer service only instructs you to contact the store. It's so frustrating
Please let me know how we can make this right. I was embarrassed with the lack of organization.

Typically really enjoy coming to this location, but tonight was super disappointing. Myself and a friend ordered salad bar and pizza for the kids. The lady that took our order told us that the salad bar would be stocked shortly as she was busy. A hour passed, salad bar was not stocked, and I watched multiple employees walk by and ignore it. What I assume to be the hiring/GM hid in the back while the team struggled with a line out the door, walked past the salad bar, sat down for a interview, and walked past the salad bar again, and back into the office.
Benji hosted my daughter’s birthday and he went above and beyond!! Ask for him and make sure you TIP HIM

We had a birthday party here about two weeks ago and it was the worst experience. They were 40 minutes late setting up our party area. All of our guests had arrived and they wouldn’t let us sit or start to play. Then it took over an hour and a half to get the pizzas and drinks for the party. The hosts were sitting in the kitchen not helping. There was no one checking the kids in or out at the door so there was no security. We didn’t have the cake and birthday song with Chuck E until right before our party was scheduled to end. The party hosts were very rude and cold. It’s a children’s play place I expect people to be nicer. Do not go here and waste your money.
