I wanted to share a few issues I had hosting my daughter's birthday party Yesterday.
1. I arrived 15 minutes early, to set up, as instructed. I was then told I would not be let in until 5 minutes before the party. So stood outside, with all supplies, for 15 minutes. This was along with other party hosts who were having the same issue.
2. We were not even told what was going on. Our host was late, and I had to go up front to start getting the items for the party. As guests were arriving and we had no guidance.
3. We ordered extra food. Including two extra large pizzas, that did not get put in. They were ordered at 11 and did not get to us until the party was pretty much over. I did this order over the phone with our confirmation. And I guess it was not saved. I did it AGAIN with the party hosts, and this STILL happened.
Our guests were hungry, and that is not acceptable. We were still charged for this, which I thought was crazy
4. The play/trampoline area is not included, even with the most expensive bday package. Which I just find annoying. Like why have it there, if you have to pay extra to do it?
On top of all of this...I literally cannot get a hold of anyone at the store and customer service only instructs you to contact the store. It's so frustrating
Please let me know how we can make this right. I was embarrassed with the lack of organization.

Typically really enjoy coming to this location, but tonight was super disappointing. Myself and a friend ordered salad bar and pizza for the kids. The lady that took our order told us that the salad bar would be stocked shortly as she was busy. A hour passed, salad bar was not stocked, and I watched multiple employees walk by and ignore it. What I assume to be the hiring/GM hid in the back while the team struggled with a line out the door, walked past the salad bar, sat down for a interview, and walked past the salad bar again, and back into the office.

We had a birthday party here about two weeks ago and it was the worst experience. They were 40 minutes late setting up our party area. All of our guests had arrived and they wouldn’t let us sit or start to play. Then it took over an hour and a half to get the pizzas and drinks for the party. The hosts were sitting in the kitchen not helping. There was no one checking the kids in or out at the door so there was no security. We didn’t have the cake and birthday song with Chuck E until right before our party was scheduled to end. The party hosts were very rude and cold. It’s a children’s play place I expect people to be nicer. Do not go here and waste your money.
Terrible experience. Lost two 4 year olds for life. Took forever for someone to get to the front counter. Fries had like 10 fries in the basket. Half the games didn’t work. The play gym area is $12 more? We dropped $100 on two 2-hour passes and got kicked out of the playground. Unreal. Never coming back and making sure all our friends with kids knows.

Love this location! The staff is top notch. They handled all the details, and allowed us to enjoy the party without all the fuss. The kids and birthday girl had a blast. Highly recommend.

Very clean, lots of room and not real noisy for a kids place. Staff was friendly and for the most part helpful. Enjoyed spending a Sunday evening kid birthday celebration there.

Nice location - not too crowded. Employees are knowledgeable. I didn't notice any broken games. Food is good. Bathrooms are clean.
