Disgusting place to visit. Every table was covered with trash. Trash littered the floor and most of the games we tried were broken. The staff was more concerned with avoiding customers then actually doing any work. I recommend you never visit this place with your kids. Waited over 20 minutes in line to get the play cards and a couple of drinks. One poor employee was running around doing everything.

Don't buy the membership, it doesn't include the Trampoline park, only games and what not. They are overly expensive to use just the Trampoline.

Firstly, They have added a play area that is incredibly undersized and has an occupancy limit not suitable for the facility. It is basically overpriced for what it is.
Secondly, there were numerous arcade games that were out of order that we brought to managements attention in which we were ignored. We brought our complaints to management and were swiftly dismissed.

I would highly recommend anybody to take their kids to someplace that would stand behind there services like Candeeland or Lava Island. Even Nickel-A-Play gives better service to there customers and they are 1/4 the price.

This is my last trip or investment to this facility/company.

Came here today and Majority of the games were down. There’s a young lady at the front counter who is extremely rude for the amount of money spent here there is no reason for the games not to be working at least 20 games were broken even the ones that were showing as if they were working when you scanned your card, they weren’t working either

Went the evening of 12/9 and we got checked in but there was nobody to make sure anyone got checked out. So nobody bothered to check kids for multiple hours. While we visited the kids went into a area which we didn’t know they weren’t allowed without required items. They were kicked out but after 2 hours and about 45 minutes into our stay. The manager was very rude and there were no signs up to let us know the kids weren’t allowed there. She even blamed us for the signs not being up but they weren’t up when we got there at close to 6pm. Her being rude and mistreated multiple guests on her assumption we did that was very upsetting. There was no employee in sight for over a hour when we needed help it was just a bad situation with the employees from the beginning. I won’t ever be coming back again like we were planning for the next birthday celebration. I hope these employees get replaced with some attentive and kind ones

My kids were excited to go see Chuck E Cheese and he never showed. I spoke with workers who said he did not come out unless there was a birthday party. That he sang a song with the birthday kid and that was all

Came in right when they opened and played for about an hour before we got food and were told they were out of many things. How is this possible when you have only been open an hour. I was told the manager was too busy to help us and and when she finally did come out she was rude and rushing us. Very poor management and very bad experience. Many of the games were not working and they also never stamped our hand or our child’s hand in which is a huge reason people come here, the safety and yet they did not event uphold that standard. Waste of money. So disappointing, want a refund.

First off, for background, I used to work for CEC, so I have a VERY good idea how the place is supposed to run and this location was a disgrace.
1.No one at the front door to invisible ink stamp hands to ensure the kids went home with the right person. The girl at the register just waved people in while taking orders with an absolutely disgusting hooded sweatshirt with food all over it. Almost lost my appetite.
2. We had a digital coupon for an upgrade on a pizza. After trying to do the discount for a couple minutes she went to get help. The girl who tried to help showed her how to do it, left, and then the girl deleted the order, had to start over and still couldn't figure out out. She went to get someone else to help. After patiently waiting, the mgr finally came out and put the order through.
3. UH OH! We have a gift card. Well, now we're waiting again. She (Kharma) doesn't know how to apply the gift card. SEIOUSLY! My partner wanted an alcoholic beverage, but that would take another 15 minutes because the employee wasn't 18 (not her problem) so she couldn't serve it.
4. We try to find a place to sit and eat. It's 7:45pm on a Saturday. It's EMPTY, sweet, we have multiple options. If only it were that easy... EVERY SINGLE table next to the games were dirty. I mean... come on!
5. The buzzer goes off for our food. My assumption is to pick it up at the counter despite NEVER having done that before. Basically, walked in the kitchen and grabbed the food myself?? Honest, I wasn't sure what to do at this point?
6. The pizza was decent.
7. I watched as the front door continued to not being watched, but, there were two employees playing in the trampoline and ninja run. Playing swords with the foam rolls.
8. AND! MOST IMPORTANTLY! The lights were not working on the outside of the business so you couldn't see where you were walking only for my son to fall on the curb and hurt himself.

Considering ALL of this I spoke with the manager and all she could say was, I'll talk with her and I'm working on the lights....

Are you kidding me? It's no wonder the place is empty on a Saturday night. SMH
This really makes me sad. I was embarrassed to say I worked for this company at one time, especially to my kids. Why would their mom have ever worked at such a horrible company? I could at least take pride in working at Casa Bonita.
My son cried. The kids should never cry where a kid can be a kid. I have video and pics of you want them. I hope whoever runs this location cares about their store?
BTW, 1.5 hrs later, the girl was still wearing the filthy sweatshirt.

Parking: No lights in front of or around the building. Be careful at night if you don't want to break your neck.

I chose this location for my son's birthday, but the experience was disappointing. While the staff did their best, management was poor—there weren't enough staff, and there was no announcement system to call kids for food or cake. The host was rarely visible, and I couldn't get assistance when needed. Additionally, several of my cards didn’t have the promised 500 extra points, which feels like customer cheating. I won't return to Chuck E. Cheese or recommend it. A previous visit to the Hampden Ave location was much better, with the host staying near the table and actively assisting the guests
