Sadly this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. I place an order a couple minutes before they were suppose to open at 10. I ordered a mini bon, but there were none cooking so I decided to order a classic roll because the clerk explained there were already some baking. Realizing I ordered a few minutes before they were set to open, I assumed I would have to wait a little bit for the rolls to finish cooking. Service was awful! Dirty and understaffed, nothing worked, coffee machine broken, soda machine serves flat soda!
