Really fast and great service.
The workers look in a Bad Mood. Looks like they are forced to be here.
They dont prep fresh pastries like they used to.
Just indi workers.
I have nothing about Indi but these kids thet loom that dont wanna be here.
Waste of money in buyimg drinks that are not made correctly by following tue recipes.
Cinammon roll hard and old, churro sticks dry amd old.

I really do love this place! The food is exactly what we are looking for. Sometimes there are lines, and sometimes it’s empty. My wife and I make a date night of Panera and then Cinnabon for dessert! The workers are always nice; whether it’s one worker or two, we don’t seem to mind.Unfortunately, there is a negative. Without fail, and no matter if it’s busy or not there always seems to be at least one customer that is unusually upset. I don’t know, maybe it’s the Littleton area. ??♂️Lots of people here are wound tight, stressed, and ready to snap and unfortunately they feel it’s appropriate to argue or shout at the Cinnabon worker. To those patrons I ask, please go somewhere else. It’s not fair to those of us that live here have to listen to you, whist we are out trying to have a nice evening with our loved one.I hear King Soopers has cinnamon rolls; go there. To those that just want a nice eatery in the mall (or what’s left of one, lol). This place can’t be beat. It really is a diamond in the rough.

This location is not good!! I got a classic Cinnabon 6 pack and they barely put any frosting on them. They ask you if you want to buy more frosting. If I’m paying $22 for a pack of Cinnabons there should be a good amount on them. I will never come to this location again. Hopefully the others are not like this one. Cinnabon used to be real good with the food and service, now it’s not.

I bought 6 pack of Cinnabon, it was dry and very different from other location. Next time I rather drive to Castle Rock.
Not a real Cinnabon. Not only do they not take my rewards, but the Cinnabon is ALWAYS cold and hard
Store actually opens at NOON
Arrived at 11a, was told they didn’t open till noon. Waste of a drive.

Stopped in for a 4 pack and just have not been happy with them. These used to be da bomb! It has been years since I had one but these are different. The frosting was heavier and over sweet and the rolls were not baked properly. Hadn't finished rising and didn't bake long enough. The young man at the counter was very nice but was the only one there and was pretty overwhelmed. Sad to say I probably won't buy them again.
Came 15 minutes after opening, told they weren't open. Asked if they were selling buns in the window, they said yes, asked for my order. I gave it and they just stood there. Waited again, nothing happened. Poor service, communication and representation of the Cinnabon brand.
Went to Cinnabon to get some cinnamon rolls. Was informed they didn't have any cinnamon rolls. How do you not have cinnamon rolls at Cinnabon?
Cinnabons were great. Service was bad. They only had 1 person working for both Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s Pretzel. She was on the phone the entire time we were there, obviously on a personal call.
I think these pictures speak for themselves. Zoom in if your dare! I would be cautious of eating anything that comes out if this unsanitary establishment.
