My friend and I had lunch today at Taste of Korea / Coal Mine Kitchen and it was excellent. Their new menu has Korean Fried Chicken, sushi, ramen, and those new Korean-style corn dogs. Both my friend and I had bulgogi--I had never had this dish before and wanted to try it. We also ordered gyoza for an appetizer. The gyoza tasted super fresh and was drizzled with a really great spicy mayo sauce. Both the bulgogi and the kim chi had a lot of flavor and the kim chi was not too overpowering....read full review

First time coming here and we had a pretty good meal. Ordered a variety of their breakfast items including the Colorado and Golden hash, Denver omelette, and a couple kids meals and everything was really good. Only complaint was that 2 of our meals came out with cold hash browns and toast, but Did not keep anyone from cleaning their plates. I really liked how they had a walk up beverage station that you helped yourself to coffee, water, and sodas.

I usually go to other places around town but stayed local and I'm glad I did. I have a great breakfast which chorizo. It was delicious!! I didn't even need Tabasco which is rare for me. The one thing I would would change is add two full slices of bread as toast. It was kinda weird asking for more. Beside that it was clean,inviting, and a perfect menu.
