Decent sized line but moving slower than hell. Waited about half an hour on a Sunday night and still wasn't even next in line despite there being 3 employees behind the counter. Decided it wasn't worth the wait to pay $8 for less than a third of a pint of ice cream. Went to Dairy Queen instead.

We have gone to this cold stone at least weekly forever. If there are loyal customers that go to this cold stone more then us I would love to meet them. For the longest time it was a really good experience. The staff was friendly and they did a good job making and mixing their ice cream combinations. Recently they have had a staff change and it has become a pretty bad experience. The staff is no longer friendly and they have no clue how to mix in toppings like every other cold stone we have ever been to. And if you ask about it you get horrible attitude. This week’s experience is our last with this location. Not sure why anyone would continue going here for such a sub par experience.

I only get chocolate milkshakes and have never been disappointed.
Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t take an online order and couldn’t accept credit cards so we wasted 20 minutes trying to order ice cream only to leave with nothing.

Absolutely terrible service. My ice cream was folded maybe once or twice. The birthday cake was in chunks, and the kids attitude was lazy and overall regret coming in. Definitely Dairy queen would of been a way better option tonight.

Girl barely mixed it, Then left a bunch of the ice cream with much of the toppings on the slab and threw it away instead of putting it on the dish.

Ordered my favorite cake batter batter tonight through Uber Eats. Disappointed is an understatement. I added double cookie dough and brownie and got less than what even a normal serving includes. To make matters worse it wasn’t mixed at all! Am I supposed to dump this ice cream out and mix it then put it back in the container myself?! I still give them 2 stars because the taste is still delicious but they get 0 stars for prep.
