Went here last night when i was oncall at work and there was a line. The staff that was working knocked out a ton of orders in the blink of an eye. The crew working at 7:00pm 8/4/2023 hats off to you, you're crushing it!!!

These guys had some old folks get real mad at them for "lousy service" when they held up the line for just about 15 minutes. Keeping calm and cool in that scenario deserves 5 stars easy.Also ice cream good.

Busy as usual. Staff was friendly and on top of it despite how busy it was. Had the cheesecake surprise. Pretty good.

Entered the shop and stood at the front of the line for close to 5 mins with no interaction with the staff. 4 members and no one greeted us or made eye contact. Also no employees were wearing gloves as they put the ice cream trays in, scooped, mixed and handled cash drawer. Threw my ice cream away after one bite. Wish we said something or just left at first sign.

Spent $15 on apple pie creation ice cream and got the correct vanilla ice cream but virtually no toppings! I even paid extra for extra graham pie crust!! It tastes like vanilla with a light caramel swirl, maybe 3 apple pieces in the entire quart. Seriously it’s like they added a small size portion of toppings to my quart size purchase, big disappointment!

Great place! They even have some gluten free options (not many though).
Lovely place for family treats.There were a couple of dairy-free options: a sorbet and chocolate almond-cream.

I came in Friday and staff was very attentive, someone named Coby made my ice cream, and he was very helpful. 10/10

We stood in line waiting for 5-10 minutes. Friends came in after us and were helped before us. Teach customer service. Never be back.

If you are older or wear leather don't expect to get served by the kids behind the counter on a Saturday night. Derrick didn't bother to ask us before their friends came in. Never be back.

Only people in the shop with 2 workers there and waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Same thing last time we were at this location. The ice cream is good, but I think froyo accross the street may be our way from here on out.
