I order a single butter burger and some cheese curds I was expecting a good burger. Looks like someone sat on it before serving it to me. The whole thing looks like it was smashed.

Went through the drive thru at 9:25pm on a Saturday and Natali greeted me at the window. She handed me my drink that had no ice and I said are you out of ice and she said yes right here I am. But we have ice in the lobby I said okay well am I able to get a refund because I do not want a drink like this. She said I guess I can go see if we have ice out there. She then puts a number on my door handle and doesn’t come back? She then comes to the window with the drink and says “I hope I didn’t over do it with the ice” and said with some attitude “I should’ve told you but pull around to the front”
First time coming here and won’t be coming back for a little bit. Do better.

Love this culvers. I have gone to every culvers within a 50 mile radius, and this is the one I frequent the most. Best atmosphere, great service, and great food. Just wish this location was a bit bigger.

The staff is always friendly and nice, even when super busy. If they make a mistake they own it and make up for it. Best spicy chicken sandwich in the area and their custard is always top notch.
