Fries are amazing very fresh hot food delicious burgers but it kinda gave me horror game vibes and they berly even look at you I wasn’t that hungry so I got a kids meal so good

Waited in the drive through for 20 min waiting on 1 cheeseburger. They admitted to giving my food to someone else even though I had a number and I had to wait for them to remake it. They waisted most of my lunch break and all the said was sorry and gave me $1 off it I come again.

I’m sad to give this location only two stars when we greatly enjoy their food and restaurant as frequent visitors. However, I’ve been very disappointed in how their recent grotesque Halloween decorations and even more so, how they haven’t responded to complaints about them.
Culver’s advertises as a family-friendly restaurant but their recent decorations are completely inappropriate — photos of possessed people and children and other images that would be featured only in PG-13 or R-rated movies.
I tried first complaining via the company survey and then to a manager directly with no resolution. I still hope that management will make the decision to take down these inappropriate decorations so we can return as frequent customers.

Drive through girl was insanely rude and looked super confused when she had to give change on a $14 order from a $20 bill. Had to ask for my drink three times. Then i noticed her name tag include the words Team Manager. Really!!!!

Me and my friends come to this local Culver’s every day and since recently they have charged me $2.25 for water but if you look to someone who orders and they’re not under the age of 18, they get for free which is personally is ageist
