There is always a wait here. I waited almost 20 mins for "fast food." It was around $20 for just me, and they gave me the wrong order. I am on a strict low sodium diet for health reasons, and they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich that I couldn't even eat because of the high sodium.
Shittiest service I have EVER had!! Your “manager” should be fired!! I can NOT BELIEVE the way that girl treats people! I will never eat here again. Disgusting.

I went here yesterday to get a chicken basket. Waited in the Drive-Thru got the wrong food handed to me went in and asked if I could get my sandwich. Immediately their first response was we're not helping you you can leave I wasn't being rude I did say can I get my sandwich pretty loud because nobody was acknowledging I was standing at the counter. When they recooked my food it was so overdone. I couldn't even eat it. I called back today to ask for the manager's name on duty. Just to get told that I need to go get help and I need to go see a psych ward. And a whole bunch of other BS that doesn't need to be even said to a customer when the consumer was wrong. Didn't even apologize for handing me the wrong sandwich. I said I will need the manager's name for when the owner calls me they told me that the owner is out of the country and that I don't know what I'm talking about. I spoke to HR someone is supposed to be contacting me back we'll see. After this experience I will never go to Culver's again. Never in my life even living in Cleveland Ohio did I experienced such disrespect an unprofessionalism.

Food is consistent. Quality is above average for fast food. The place is usually pretty clean. Service is not consistent at all. Sometimes it is fine and other times terrible. Drive thru is always a wait.
Vegetarian options: Fast food. Not a great option for vegetarians. They have fries and salads. About it.

The food here is good for a quick meal. Definitely not very healthy. this place gets extremely busy during meal times because the food is good.
