Went through the drive thru at 9:25pm on a Saturday and Natali greeted me at the window. She handed me my drink that had no ice and I said are you out of ice and she said yes right here I am. But we have ice in the lobby I said okay well am I able to get a refund because I do not want a drink like this. She said I guess I can go see if we have ice out there. Love this culvers. I have gone to every culvers within a 50 mile radius, and this is the one I frequent the most. Best atmosphere, great service, and great food. Just wish this location was a bit bigger.
The staff is always friendly and nice, even when super busy. If they make a mistake they own it and make up for it. Best spicy chicken sandwich in the area and their custard is always top notch.
