Forgot a chicken finger that I ordered, not in the bag when I got home. One of my biggest pet peeves is omitting something on an order, it's like taking money from my wallet, enough of a bother that I will not likely order here again

Was very excited to try the food. It looked promising. It wasn't good. The bun smelled weird, and it was an odd texture. It made my teeth stick together. The chicken needs seasoning. The texture of the fries was good. But I got the 303 fries, which made my stomach hurt. I should have gotten plain fries.

Nice people, cute little spot mostly geared to take-out with ample parking. We all loved the grilled chicken, mild spice had a really nice kick. Delicious sauces added to the fun.
Can’t say enough about Daddy’s Chicken Shack. Food is delicious and the customer service is like that of days gone by. Top notch everything! Side note: if you like ranch dressing, theirs is the absolute BEST!!!

I have emailed the corporate office, although I do not know if it will work. There is no contact info on the website and unknown if the email address or phone number listed on the FB page even works, so I'm trying this route. The email I got today was a bogo offer. No where on the website does it say for individual sandwiches only and not combo meals. This email was misleading. Most people want combo meals. I was on the website for 30 minutes trying to verify I am an actual human (which is ridiculous) and for my order to go through because it kept saying I had wrong things in my cart. I had to go into the restaurant to ask what I was doing wrong. This is beyond frustrating and crazy and shouldn't be this way. Also, the Facebook page should be deleted since no one has posted since summer of 2023. Food is good but I shouldn't have to work this hard to get my food! I don't know if I can go back to Daddy's Chicken Shack after the way the ordering online or through the app works. Very disappointed and frustrated this time.
