I had a fantastic experience at this Dairy Queen! Monique not only provided excellent and professional customer service, but she also made a beautiful and delicious ice cream cake for me. Thank you Monique! Please support this Dairy Queen (Pierce and Ken Caryl). It is very clean, has a great hot food menu and also has a drive through. It was decorated for the Christmas holiday, which was very festive.
I think I speak for most everyone, this DQ is a community staple. I have been coming here ever since I was a kid growing up. It's solid, yummy, wonderful ice cream and DQ offerings! We always enjoy the ice cream that we get here, great options, good base ice cream, and being a young lad, it's very affordable!
Now, this DQ is not any normal DQ, it is a fun, magical, caring, and engaging DQ. Ever since I can remember, they've had a charming gnome village set up on the inside which is entrancing for kids, and they always update it for the seasons! They always have awesome seasonal decorations on the outside like Christmas lights, dancing Halloween skeletons, 4th of July flags, and so much more! Thank you to the owner/staff of this DQ for putting in that extra care and charm which really goes a long way.
Lastly, it seems like this DQ is always engaged with the community as well, there's events in the parking lot, fundraisers, and there's always tons of people getting their ice cream fix here!
Thanks for making such a positive community memory! Please keep doing what you do because it brings such joy!

I got in touch with corporate, and they blamed my messed up order on the delivery driver. Delivery driver doesnt make my order and it comes in a sealed bag. So there is no way for the driver to see our order. That makes me disappointed with the corporate office to say that. I got a call from the manager and he fixed my order for me. It was really appreciated!!
Take your kids inside, they will love the two displays in the corner. Like little fairy gardens, one with running water. Good vibes here, I feel the food and shakes could be done better. However I’m glad they are doing as good as they are.

Went to get a brownie blizzard and a banana split, got a oreo cookie and a unpealed banana in the split.
Looks renovated or upholstered and nice on the inside. Order was taken quickly, accurately and our coupons were taken. Wish you could order online.

It seems that staff are far too concerned with simply hanging out rather than actually working. There were more than enough staff to handle the dead drive through and minimal dining room customers, yet it took too long for my family and I to be so much as greeted, all while easily hearing these teenagers cuss and talk about some sort of drama going on in their friend groups. Entirely unprofessional and we nearly left from the behavior alone. We had planned to sit and eat, but we could not find a single clean table inside or out and ended up taking it home. We had a rather simple order, four items in total, and only two of the four orders were actually correct, but even those were underfilled by a full inch. There doesn’t seem to be anyone managing this location and I doubt this business will survive if they don’t change that soon. A shame. When we’d come a few months ago, we’d met the manager and quickly decided we’d come more just to see her— she was great and seemed to really know the store and staff and things moved smoothly. Now I’ve learned she’s no longer there & it made sense that things were such in disarray with her absence. Best of luck to you all, we will find another location to take our business.
