Refused to make me food even though they shouldn't be closing their grill until the store is closed at 10pm. Do your job

Went out on limb when in the part of town. The woman taking my order was nice, but the absolute clown who gave me a hard time about an extra cup for my blizzard when he destroyed the cup was ridiculous. For a $9 blizzard and rude staff. There are plenty of better places out there.

Dairy Queen is Dairy Queen its been consistent for longer than I have been alive.
However some locations are noticable for having basic trash for employees.
This particular location you get the treat of getting to listen to Jesus Rock at full volume while waiting for your order only to discover that the fine young Christians have decided to stand at the counter and scream your order out over prophecy Rock.

Paid a ton of money for some trash food and they forgot one of my blizzards. Drove to the store even though I just paid someone to deliver the incomplete order and they wouldn’t even remake my food and were rude about it. Not going there again, even if the kid begs me to.

Payton took our order and was extremely rude. She spoke to us disrespectfully and with a rude tone. We brought our kids here after a sporting event and we were all in a great mood until our run in with her. She took our kids order and was rude with them as well. When she prepared our ice cream cones, she didn’t use gloves, and had really long nails. We may return here in the future, but if she is here we will walk right out.

The employees that work at dairy Queen are very disrespectful and very ignorant people for one they don't acknowledge the delivery drivers that are picking up the customer's order . The employees look at you like your invisible they don't even acknowledge your existence. I as Uber driver will never come back to this dairy Queen again because it's so unprofessional.
