The lobby doors were locked with people inside. When a customer inside came out, we were able to go in. I asked why the doors were locked and was told they were busy and they do that to get caught up! For some reason I thought having a busy restaurant was a good thing. Management must think differently at this location!! Sad!!

Went through the drive thru, slow night, with no cars in front or behind us. Didn't have a very big order. Two orders of the Thursday special chicken tacos and two carne asada fries with chicken instead of steak. And on one it should've been no tomatoes & extra guacamole. Welp got no tomatoes and the chicken but no guac at all. Almost a $3 upcharge and got none! The other one had everything right. Come on Del Taco..

Always clean, always friendly. I've never had a bad Del Taco experience in any state, but this location is extra great.Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian, but the 8 layer Veggie Burrito is absolutely delicious and the only burrito I get.
I just went to Del taco and there was nobody in line. It was only me I had to sit there for 10 minutes waiting for two tacos and an order of fries. The worst part is my fries were cold I want to know what the reason was why it took so long. I am livid right now about this you don’t do that to people if you’re gonna have to make them wait make sure they have hot food. My tacos are cold as well. As you guys talked and laughed about who knows what. Never will go back. Not that they care, but for my own peace of mind I don’t understand what the problem was. I can’t even eat my meal it was so cold. Also taco had something hard in it I couldn’t even chew. Stay away from this Del Taco !!!

I should have noticed the reviews before driving here. This place is a 2 star at best, the food is mediocre & the service is horrible. High-teenagers run this place and the owner is negligent. They got 80% of my family's drive through order wrong - not made wrong, just misheard & inaccurate. I tried calling multiple times to so they would remake the food while I drove back; however, their phone rings to a full voicemail. See this picture of my quesadilla?? Yea, looks like a taco to me, too

I'm really disappointed they take their seasonal shakes away so quickly. I came a few days before Christmas and was told they were out already, and now it isn't even available on the menu anymore the day after the holiday.
