Dunkin must have heard us, because this is a whole new crew!! They get my orders correct ( constantly), quickly, and by the friendliest faces! This morning there was a line wrapped around the building- and my service was still wonderful and fast! Thank you!!!!

I love Dunkin’ Donuts!! But this location is very disappointing, I came a couple of weeks ago around 10am on a week day and they were sold out of all munchkins, pumpkin donut, Halloween donuts and two specialty drinks then I came back today and the lady working the window was super annoyed and wasn’t pleasant at all and all I ordered was a large brown sugar shaken espresso that tasted nothing like that and they forgotten my cold form. Just very disappointing wasting my time and money on at best mediocre service.

Went yesterday & got a burnt grilled cheese to the point where it was too hard to enjoy then my husband got cold hash browns. Never going to this location again. ):

DEBA
Deba the general manager of this location has the most ATROCIOUS attitude. Considering the dozens of negative reviews that she has caused, I am not sure how she still has a job here. Corporate has been contacted to investigate Deba and the owner of this Dunkin that has allowed his or her paying customers to be treated like this. This is not how you do customer service. Please avoid this location at all costs Deba is clearly on a power trip and I certainly will not trust a person like that near something I'm supposed to consume.

Part of our order was missed (like a fourth of it). We didn't even have a chance to check because we were waived through. Ridiculous. Outrageous. When you call them, no one picks up either, the gall.

Quality control issues that need to be addressed. This is unacceptable. This was an uber eats delivery. If I had seen this in the store I would not have bought them. Clearly this is a frequent problem from other previous reviews.
Literally just came in to ask why the hash browns had burnt pieces and was greeted by the most disrespectful attitude as soon as walking in. I have never had someone be so hateful just by seeing me walk in. I’ve managed quite a few places and have had people come at me in different ways but I never lost my composure because all it takes sometimes is a little kindness. BUT this interaction was completely uncalled for. A woman was at the front I believe her name is Deba - was absolutely rude and said she was the store manager. No wonder there’s so many bad reviews when that’s how you treat nice people.
Came to get a refund because we don’t want the food if that’s how you treat people. Guy helping was fixing situation until he accused us of scamming. 0/10 - read the reviews and just don’t come here

If I could give them 0 stars I would. But for the sake of the review they at least get one. We went in to get breakfast this morning, and when we ordered the loaded hash browns the bacon was burnt. I’m not the type to complain about the food, specially since I’m choosing fast food. But the bacon look inedible. We came into the store to ask for a new one and encountered a very rude employee. Which come to find out it was actually the general manager. She quickly interrupted me when I was trying to explain that I got burnt bacon in my hash browns. Then she went on to get frustrated and yell at me about whether I wanted a refund or a remake. I honestly walked in there just to get a new one made, but because of how she behaved I ended up getting a refund. Which she didn’t even handle, she just told her other employee to help us. He was very dry and not friendly at all, but overall he helped us with the refund. I wanted to make sure I got the name of the manager, so I called and tried to get the information. The manager, same person who was rude to me answered the phone. She doesn’t provide her name, and goes to say that we already got a refund and hangs up. Thankfully, her name was on the receipt. Her name is Deba, the general manager of this Dunkin Donuts. I hope the company is looking at this review. She’s actively losing you guys money.

The ladies working right now at 10:00am on July 25.2025 are miserable. Poor customer service and clearly hate their lives and jobs. And funny how I pre-ordered my items and when I got to the speaker I voiced my name- lady said twice she couldn’t hear me- all I did was REPEAT what I had said and she suddenly heard me when I didn’t even raise my voice and when I received my food my bagel was HELLA SOGGY. Hopefully they learn to love themselves and treat people they don’t know with decency.

Yay can’t do more than one order at drive thru! Talk about inefficiency and looking for We Kneed donuts instead! Your staff also needs an attitude check. Seriously!

I almost never leave a review, but this store has consistently disappointed, I order a very simple drink and some how neither of the 2 .. things ordered ended up in the cup either time, I'm incredibly frustrated that my simple drink just cant be accomplished. I understand how busy it can get I work at a Dunkin in a different state, but consistent incompetence is a serious problem in this establishment.

Can u put negative stars? Finally after this morning's visit I will NEVER stop at this Dumkin Donuts location again.. Outright rude staff, as I can see from prior reviews, I'm not alone in my thoughts! Sad the owner isn't making needed changes! I've business decline there ever since I moved to the neighborhood.. asta la vista Dumkin!
