We wait in line and no one ever bothers to come
Serve us. It’s the third time in as many weeks tbat the service is slow and feels like no one is working. The customer service stinks.
I’m done. Won’t be back ever again.

Waiting 10 minutes for pickup before I had to ask about my order that they didn't have ready still.

I did a mobile order and upon arriving, was told that they were out of donuts due to supply chain issues. That would have been understandable, but they charged my card for an order I didn't receive that they didn't have.

I’m finally through with this particular Dunkin location. After many promises of new managers coming in and cleaning house, this place continues to be a toxic exchange of unnecessary burdens for simple consumerism.
Workers are incredibly rude and passive aggressive. If you piss them off when ordering donuts, they’ll give you all of the worst donuts with the least amount of icing possible—it’s so petty and almost comical. Yeah, that retort really taught me a lesson for asking for extra napkins in the drive thru …. The amount of time that you have to wait for even a simple cup of coffee when you’re the first person in line is astounding. Forget about placing an order online ahead of time in hopes of helping them get their act together, that doesn't work either. They’re always short staffed and taking it out on their customers. PRO TIP: Don’t bother asking for a small cup of water to go with the mountains of money you have spent not only for the decently sized order you’ve JUST placed but also over the years; they’ll only gaslight you into telling you that they “don’t have tap water” (I’m wondering how they brew their coffee ) and you have to BUY a bottle of water. This must be a recent development because my eight-year-old still has the last tapwater we received in his cupholder from a few days prior. nice try. I Didn’t realize that we were dipping over into the European style of charging for water these days, but then again from a privately owned Dunkin’ Donuts that’s been failing, I don’t blame them for trying to get every last penny out of their customers to try and stay open.
Also, there’s definitely something shady happening inside this store as well. There’s been times where you can go in and they refuse to serve you because they are “busy” , or “closed” though the doors are open during business hours and there’s a large group of people sitting right in the middle of the Dining room. i’ll have to remember that next time I’m booking a private party that Dunkin could be an option but only if you know the right people.
As someone that has worked in food service, I’m not sure if they realize that customers are needed to keep the doors open. Thankfully, there are plenty locations with helpful and kind workers that will be keeping my business, even though I have to drive a little bit farther to get to them. I’m also one of the few people that love to tip when service is decent and especially when I have a large order. There must be a reason why their tip jar is way behind the glass and covered in dust. Good luck with whatever business model you think is working for you.

I had the worst experience at this donut shop. Having grown up in the area, I’ve never experienced such terrible service. When my boyfriend pulled up to place our order, he politely gave his request and then asked if they had any vanilla-frosted donuts left. The employee rudely said, “No.” When he asked what other options they had, she cut him off and snapped, “What else do you want?” He repeated his question, and she bluntly responded, “Everything but the vanilla-frosted.”
When we pulled up to the window, her attitude didn’t improve. She was short with us and didn’t show any appreciation for our business. To make matters worse, none of the employees were wearing name tags, so we couldn’t address our concerns directly. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to this location.

I stopped going to this location a few months back because the service was crap and my coffee was never right. I order on the app and I don’t have a difficult order. Large iced coffee with caramel (default amount), cream (default amount) and liquid sugar(default amount). It’s never right! Decided to try again this morning and when I walked in and saw it on the counter I knew right away it wasn’t right. Could tell there wasn’t enough creamer. Had to stand there a wait a while before someone asked if I had an issue. Only asked for more creamer and left because I needed to get to work. Took a sip in the road and definitely isn’t right. Not enough sugar or caramel. The only consistent thing about this location is their lack of consistency. I will continue to go out of my way to the location on jellison.

Seriously sad a glazed donut not matter what flavor is suppose to have glaze all over the donut not just a drizzle on the top i mean have you seen everybody else's glazed donut? Will not waste my money again.

The line takes forever, even though there isn’t a line.
Most time you have to order multiple things before they actually have something.
Most of the time their latte machine “isn’t working”.
If you ask for munchkins, forget it.
The staff are very rarely friendly.
And once you finally order a donut they do have it looks like my 2 year old made it.
I keep trying to give this place a chance because we really do like Dunkin, but at this point it’s better to forget it, or drive to one farther away.
*photo is the “Boston cream” donut we received today after they were out of most other options.
This is the only drive through for coffee en route to work, so I thought I would give it a try since one of my daughters loves your coffee.
I ordered a hot latte and was handed a drink that was lukewarm at best.
Very disappointing!
I didn’t have time to turn around and just heated it in the microwave at work. I will try you again, and I hope you get it right next time so I can enjoy it on my way into work and not have to go out of my way to a competitor.

This store sucks, you’re supposed to be open till 7 PM but they close at 6:30 and they blame it on the ownership not wanting to pay overtime. I don’t know if it’s true or not but just change your advertising if you’re gonna close earlier.
