Apparently they can't open at their posted hours at 5am because the manager hasn't shown up and they're not sure when their manager will show up. I had to drive 8 miles out of my way to a location that was open on time. It's a shame because this location is literally half a mile from my home.

Probably one of my favorites. Everyone here seems friendly and efficient. You have to try the bagel bites and The Omelette bites! I prefer the everything bagel bites and the bacon and cheddar omelette bites.

I got a half dozen donuts, I’m not kidding when I say they were ICE COLD. I’m not even sure how you get donuts that cold… it was also 9 am so it’s not like I was there late. Kind of concerning to be honest, like when was it even made, probably not today :/

I asked for a large vanilla cappuccino and they brought me this monstrosity. I was dumbfounded. So, I will now share what the definition of a cappuccino is. “Cappuccino is an espresso-based coffee drink that is traditionally prepared with steamed milk including a layer of milk foam.”
Good luck getting donuts after about 10am, especially on weekends – they run out of almost every kind and don’t seem to make more.
I drive 25 minutes out of my way to Krispy Kreme instead who have a full selection and fresh donuts all day.

Charged me almost $9 for a single regular coffee and every other location has never charged me that much. Ridiculous

Ordered an iced coffee with less ice. Had to wait about 5 minutes for it to be made, no problem. But when it was handed to me I told the girl that I had ordered it with less ice and she told me it was with less ice…. It absolutely wasn’t. This location never gets the order right.

I constantly have some problems with this Donkin. At first, they will make only one of the 2 lattes, or prepare an order but will not notify that it is ready. It feels like everyone on the team is doing what they want and not what needs to be done.
