I come here every Saturday morning at 10 AM because my kid goes to gymnastics across the street. Every single time I try to order through the drive-through they make me repeat myself 2 to 3 times. My order is always wrong and they always miss at least one item. It seems like no one knows how to do their job at this place.

Don’t do mobile orders here, they don’t make it till you get there. I did a mobile order with a refresher, glazed donuts, and a bagel and waited 18 mins for my order from when I placed it and the place had 2 people in it when I got there. My Mobile order would’ve got there before them and they didn’t work on it. The drink was good, mediocre donuts better at Safeway.

The drive thru here now asks for a tip option at checkout. I would like to know if this is a corporate policy change or this locations new idea. Tipping at a drive thru is absolutely ludicrous.

Took forever, the one worker who was there was on her phone and unresponsive to basic greetings. I can deal with all that but then I got 4 crumbled up cold hasbrowns and a cold sandwich that somehow took 10 minutes to prepare and was still cold to the touch.

Never ordered Dunkin before and I was pretty clueless ordering my drinks, didn’t know they would just be black. Husband picked up our food and the employees were saints and gave us a bunch of creamer and sugar and honey. Thank y'all so much, we will definitely be back!

I ordered three pumps of French Vanilla Syrup but they only put in two. The coffee didn't taste the way I like it.
Why do the hash browns taste like burnt plastic?! I thought it just wasn’t my thing this morning but I gave them to my SO without saying anything and he said the exact same thing! Couldn’t give them to the kids. Also, held up the drive thru waiting on my frozen matcha latte that ended up being a chunky frozen poorly “blended” mess. Even the drive thru employee questioned it as he handed it to me. $55 later and I wish we had gone to chik fil a for all of that. The food was cold even! Also, here it is October 10th and no spooky themed donuts. Employee said they’ll come out October 15th. Save yourself the plastic poisoning and take this place off your breakfast options. I didn’t get a receipt either of course they didn’t offer.

I've gotten the Strawberry Dragonfruit Light Dunkin Refresher several times just to be sure it wasn't a one off issue. It tastes like someone whispered the word strawberry while making it as they thought about a dragonfruit. Very little flavor. The mango pineapple one is great! Love it's flavor. I don't think I've tried the blueberry breeze one because while I know what blueberries taste like, I'm unclear what the 'breeze' portion of that might be. Also, my bacon avocado toast was a little anemic in bacon department (pictured). Overall, I love Dunkin and really feel they have some solid choices both drink and menu wise.

Paid $35 for 2 wraps, 1 muffin sandwich, 3 snack bacon, and 2 iced Chai. The muffin was untoasted and sort of doughy, and our 3 snack bacons only had 2 peices of bacon each. And of course we didn't see that until we were home. This happened on July 19th at 330 pm

I just went to Dunkin' Donuts of the first time in 25 years and I know it's been a long time but their donuts are not good. It was dry and hardly had any frosting on it. I won't be going back.
