Sushi at Park Meadows is an absolute gem! The food was fresh and delicious, and the presentation was just as impressive as the taste. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and perfect for families, yet still stylish enough for a date night. The staff went above and beyond with their service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind people who make you feel right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Had the sushi boat and a few other rolls. The sushi was very good and worth the price. Even though it wasn’t exactly inexpensive it was priced well for the quality of the sushi. I would recommend it, if you are looking for a nice upscale but not overly done sushi experience.

Edo Higan is hands down our favorite sushi spot in the Denver metro area! We’ve tried many places, but nothing compares—especially their raw oysters, which are absolutely next-level. They serve them with a special sauce that adds an incredible flavor—honestly the best we’ve ever had.

The food is always fresh, beautifully prepared, and delicious. You can tell they care about quality. The service is outstanding too—the waitresses are consistently friendly, attentive, and make the experience even more enjoyable.

Highly recommend this gem to anyone who loves sushi or just great food and warm service.

Dragon roll and Reed rolls were oh so good especially Reed rolls it's crunchy on the inside and soft on the outside 😋 👌 it was a recommendation from our waiter, we asked him if he could ask the chef to put wasabi in one of the sushi pieces so we could do a blind challenge and he was happy to help us out. The sushi was good overall but prices were on the high side given portion size. Service was good. Nothing left us really wanting to go back. There are other really good sushi places in the area at the same price that deliver an experience.

I have come here many times. Food, Service, and Atmosphere have always been consistently good. I tried the Squid Appetizer this time - the quality of the presentation and the taste exceeded my expectations.

This review is based on a DoorDash order I placed as gift for my BF on travel to Denver CO. He loves sushi and always orders spicy tuna roll. So I did order the spicy tuna roll. He loved it.

Every time I come here, the food is amazing and the staff are incredibly kind. The Titanic Boat menu is not only tasty but also so beautiful—it looks amazing in photos!
