Past 3 times I've ordered a sandwich without cheese and even tip when I pay and they still put the cheese on it. I'm lactose intolerant, It'll literally put me into a diarrhea catastrophe all day. It says it on the receipt, it says it on the order. How hard it is to follow basic directions? 3 strikes, you're out. Definitely won't return.
Ordered ahead through the app. They were out of jalapeño cheddar and substituted both bagels with Asiago without asking first. One bagel was supposed to have plain cc and the other onion and chive. They barely pit plain on both. Such a disappointing order. Could have taken a minute to call me. Wish they could have put more effort into the order. What a waste of money.
I don’t know why this location struggles so much. When placing a mobile order the app tells you 15-20 minutes, which is already pretty ridiculous for a bagel. Consistently this location takes >20 minutes, they never greet customers coming in the door, and do their best to avoid any interaction with customers.
Workers very vocally and visibly stressed out today. No napkins in sight - poor restaurant maintenance. Food was ok - will not be coming back until their employees attitude changes.

My bagel had a hole in it
3 bagels, all accurate on the receipt, all the bagels in the bag were wrong. Forgot the bacon on the bacon and cheddar bagel, wrong type of bagel on another. Didn't realize they were wrong till we got home and opened them up. Also they were somehow out of all their coffee and had to brew up a new batch.
The food tasted uncooked and was cold and i threw most of it away, didn't get my coffee till way after and had to ask where it was in which the girl with the pink hair didn't even look at me and instead told her coworker to make the coffees (i wasnt the only one waiting for my beverage either). The coffee was the only good thing that came out of this experience. Wont be back to this location ever.
Great service.. Thanks to a great server, I found that a half dozen with cream cheese is cheaper than four separately!

I’m not sure what it is with this location and why they can’t seem to figure out either how to make the bagels so they rise properly, how everyone can just be in a foul mood and still expect to get a tip which is ridiculous, and make a simple cheddar and bacon and egg sandwich. Taste bad.

I honestly don’t know why I keep going back. The staff isn’t friendly I basically feel like I’m an inconvenience. I use to really like this location but the last couple of months it’s gotten worse. I don’t even feel like the bagels are fresh like they use to be. The main reason I wouldn’t come back is the unfriendliness.

I've been here multiple times. This is the first time I've been told I'd have to wait because online orders came in while I was waiting to place my order. You'd figure you'd take care of the customers that were waiting in your store first, I guess not.

Do not order from this Einstein Bagels. I ordered a bagel and they had the vegetables I requested but NO CREAM CHEESE. How hard is it? The guy taking the order messed it up, my husband read the receipt and the cashier had the wrong order, so he ran back and told the person making it to correct the order. Cashier can't take an order correctly and the other employee cannot follow verbal or written instructions. This is not the first time they have messed up our orders. Additionally, the staff is disorganized and rude. I spoke with the manager previously, as this store is close to our house, in hopes that things would improve.We have had issues with quality several times, including wrong orders, skimping on smear, being ignored when ordering while employees chatted. Staff desperately needs training and the manager needs a different job. Just avoid this store.
