Einstein Bros. Bagels

HEARTFELT thank you to the staff at around 10 am today. From waiting in line ( very chill) to ordering ( got the farmhouse 2 eggs and a cheddar jalapeño bagel) to waiting for the food( getting to peak behind the scenes) concluding with getting handed off a warm bag clearly waiting for me to devour the contents of it. I left feeling oddly loved and loved the whole experience. Maybe it’s just me but if that’s the case everyone there today made an impact on me in a pure simple way. Thanks a lot team. Crushed it today

Great place for bagels but if you’re in the medical field and up early just be aware the google hours are wrong about what time the shop opens

Einstein bagels has always been our go to for a quick breakfast, but this one specifically is our favorite. Even when its busy I trust our order is correct and out quickly. Their team always has awesome customer service! The manager, Chris, is always making sure things are running smoothly and that's why we continue to choose this location!

The service could have been way better, but the food was good so definitely will be driving down to the other location next time tho.

Einstein's used to be my go-to spot for a quick bagel. The service was fast and the bagels were decent. Unfortunately, the last two visits have been really disappointing - not because of the food, but because of the overwhelming, unpleasant smell inside the shop. It's honestly unbearable. I don't know what it is but it's enough to keep me from coming back unless it's addressed. Really hope they figure it out.

Overall it was OK, but overpriced! I had a large fountain drink and a bagle.... It was $9!! Insane. The bagle was good not great, and the soda was the smallest I've seen for a large.

When I come in I’m usually spending $30-40 on orders, I’ve been coming to the location 10+ years only had a few issues in the past, they were resolved but issues are more than 4 times but haven’t had any since, until a recently visit this past friday. Service was fine, but the food I ordered was bad but wasn’t worth the money I paid for.. Nova Lox barely had any salmon on it it’s like I paid $10 for a bagel with smear onions and capers, my friend had ordered a breakfast sandwich with 2’eggs and he didn’t really get a 2nd egg, he got barely even half a 2nd egg.. not trying to be harsh but skimping on a $30+ dollar order isnt really good for business.. I don’t know if we’re going to come back to this location..

Consistently high quality food and fairly priced. Service is friendly and efficient.

The restaurant itself was filthy. We have eaten here lot over the years and have never seen it like this. There was food and trash on the tables. The floor under and around the booths had food and trash. And the service counter had trash and whole bagels underneath. All while the employees stood and chatted. Where was the manager?

Maplehouse bagel sandwich is bomb

I dislike their inside card reader which requires you to accept or decline a tip for counter service SERVICE before swiping your card
