Ordered ahead of time to make things easier, store felt very hectic and my entire order was not at the pickup counter. Ordered two of the build your own bakers dozen with 5 total different flavors and returned to find that they only gave us 2 types. How hard can it be to read the order? Instead of having a wide variety for my staff they only had two options.

My family (8 people total, 3 separate tickets) came in to this location. Immediately a worker named Ethan told us to go to another location 8 minutes down the road because they were too “backed up” (only 4 other people were in the store). We stayed to order and waited 8 minutes. Got our food, and everyone was very happy with their orders and it was delicious. However, Ethan came to our table and asked “did you all come in together?” We said yes, he followed up with “next time put in a catering order because you made us really behind.” He was beyond rude and stormed off after, didn’t give us time to say anything. Terrible customer service by Ethan alone, everyone else was nice.

One of the employees at this place has their nails dirty. I was not expecting that on a food establishment.

Ordered through EZCater for delivery to our office. After 30 of no show, EZCater said they were on their way. After another 20 minutes, was told they were not able to deliver. If ordering for a big group, use a different location.

Food was great! Service is awesome. I suggest the bacon and chedder. Overall, 5 stars! I agree that the place could improve in cleanliness.

Chorizo sunrise was good but the brisket was just so skimpy. For $9 this is not worth it.

The staff is very friendly but compared to other locations, this one is not very clean. Lately when I get coffee, I usually have to bring it home and strain it because it’s full of grounds at the bottom. Please work on cleaning your filters. I wish I could get a refund.

Rude young staff who don't greet people or say have a nice day. They also stand around when they could be cleaning the dirty tables, and complain about customers in front of the store for all to hear. You don't feel welcome or comfortable staying.

DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers BEWARE of this place. Extremely long wait times are frequent. Their drink machines "are down" every once in a while and out of stock items are becoming more commonplace. Don't risk trying to take an order from here and saying there are multiple items out of stock (no matter how true, how you try to prove it, or even if you let the customer know) you will still eventually be deactivated. I've been contacted by customers for order inaccuracy due to this place quite a few times, albeit I've taken hundreds of orders from here. They say scrupulous drivers have been stealing orders and because of that they treat every other driver like scourge, but that's also a symptom of orders being inaccurate. Customers call doordash support and say an item was missing, support is useless overseas call center that just pushes the order through again as if it needs to be entirely re-made. Seen it happen before but also yes, people can be awful and thieves. I have been picking orders up from here for going on 2 years now. I've seen the entire working staff be replaced, probably 3 times. I am one of the longest standing people that has worked/contracted out of this place and even I get scrutinized and clapped back to. I always greet them with a good morning, say thank you, and have NEVER complained about wait time or their mistakes, I don't even look at them while waiting. I alert them respectfully of the name I am there for (they usually ask) then I sit and play a word game on my phone. Short, immature, dark haired girl, with a visor at the register needs to not smart off to people that are genuinely trying to help YOUR business. I'd be embarrassed to have her as an employee.

I stopped ordering food for myself from this place about 10 months ago when they made me wait 28 minutes, tracked, for an all-nighter sandwich. Good luck with this mess. I will be boycotting this location until the staff gets replaced again, most likely at the end of the summer.

The food platforms, the customers, and especially the restaurants all blame the drivers for everything. Even honest, hard working drivers with heated bags, chill bags, drink carriers, a clean car, safe, knows the roads really well, that is also a good communicator doesn't matter these places see you as garbage. No, thank you. Einstein Bagels and many other restaurants are quite lucky the platforms don't let drivers rank/rate or blacklist restaurants because places like this will eventually have zero drivers coming by unless it's catering. I created this and many other accounts to begin having some accountability for the restaurants, since it doesn't seem like the owners/operators know what is actually happening with these DoorDash and Uber services they pay thousands of dollars, or 30% of platform sales every year, just to be part of the system. It should be the restaurant and driver VS these platforms, but instead you and I are at odds while the platforms gouge us both.
