I have always enjoyed the food.. The exterior of the restaurant needs to be cleaned up, the owners should take some pride in their establishment. Found a rubber band in our salsa took forever to get another bowl, Coke's were watered down like they had been sitting out for awhile.. One other couple in the restaurant at the time and service was poor.. Not sure I'll return for a meal again.

My wife and I have been coming here for ten years! We love the food and long term employees. Carlos always keeps the margaritas flowing, and can recommend a good tequila when you want to try something new!

This place starts off pretty great. The chips and salsa are some of the best around. Spicy, with plenty of flavor. The combination meals offer the type of Mexican restaurant experience that I like. A burrito, an enchilada, and rellano, all generously smothered. Turns out I liked it a lot more than the rest of the family, but when one of your kids orders the corn dog, who cares what they think? The one thing that's a total bust here is the sopapillas. When they arrived, my first thought was, "Are these whole wheat or something?" They were brown, not at all light and pastry like. Other than that, this place is a decent Mexican food restaurant with plenty of parking and a big dining room where it's easy to get a booth. If you want "plain Mexican" food, this is a good spot.

I went to my husband's Christmas party at El Parral . The food was terrible. To be fair, there was a buffet so maybe if you were to order off the menu the food might be better. I love Mexican food, but this was not real Mexican food. I was very dissapointed!

serviceable tex-mex, not too spicy, that probably won't keep you up all night with indigestion - don't come here for the food, come here because you're too exhausted to cook and you need a night out in a warm, pleasant environment with your four children where it won't be a problem if junior throws his sippy cup on the floor
