Burgers are skinny. Where's the beef??

Ordered a california burger and fries. I got frozen fries mixed in with cooked fries and my California burger's patties were so thin I thought it was one patty.

I have a profound hearing disability and couldn’t hear anyone clearly through the drive through intercom. Isaac was so helpful and had me pull up to the window so I could understand him better. Went above and beyond to make sure we were communicating well. Above and beyond service.

Quick sufficient end clean. Did not have to repeat myself everyone spoke And understood english clearly

Fries are always wayyy over salted with a burger full of mustard. Evening crew doesn’t know but will hopefully learn

As soon as you walk in you can smell the trash can. I went at 11am and was the 2nd or 3rd customer that day so the fact it smelled so bad in there already is odd. The soda fountain dispenser piece that labels each drink was covered in a sticky grease layer of dust like it hadn't been wiped down in a long time. The booth I sat in had old food in the creases of the seat and food stains and residue on the wall. There were gnats flying around the trash can and occasionally one would land on my food as I was eating. The cashier was nice and the food wasn’t bad, just a gross environment to eat in. I can’t imagine what the non customer facing areas look like if they neglect the front like that.

We came in last night an had an amazing experience, Kaden helped us out and was so sweet. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very helpful. Will be back!
