Best fast food burger and tots. Love this place Ina pinch. A must try.

We haven't been to Freddys all that often and we decided to have lunch today. We chose to do the drive thru and the girl that took our order and greeted us at the window was super friendly and patient as we weren't all that familiar with the menu. Disappointed that I didn't capture her name, but she really made a difference. The food was good as usual, but we'll definitely be back!

For the second time in as many months, I go to pour unsweet iced tea from the dispenser and there is no top on it. A “film” formed on the exposed tea because it was not covered—unsanitary. I drink unsweet tea, so had to settle for something else.

Aside from the fries (they are cold by the time you sit at a table or get them home from the drive thru), the rest of the food is good, but the price is kinda high.

They consistently make big errors or omissions on orders prepared for delivery. I’ll never order from them again. They will not make the error right. You have to go thru delivery service. Plus they add a $5.52 digital fee to your order that is not delivery fee it’s just an abstract fee because they can.
Bad customer service for people that depend on delivery orders.

Staff is friendly, attentive and hard working. Great tasting burgers, and they even have a reward system on their app that is better than most for accruing points. Never disappoints!

The food was quality and very good. I had a Dr Pepper Frost which I didn't know existed but now think about a lot. Very casual burger chain with an excellent classic menu.

We’ve always enjoyed Freddy’s, but a recent experience left us disappointed. A few weeks ago, we purchased a bottle of fry sauce—only to discover it was expired when we went to use it. No big deal, we thought—we’d stop by for lunch and kindly request an exchange.

The cashier was fantastic, and the food was just as delicious as we’ve come to expect. Unfortunately, the manager on duty handled the situation poorly. Rather than offering a simple exchange, she insisted the product wasn’t expired when sold and hesitated to resolve the issue. She eventually handed us a new bottle with the comment, “I shouldn’t do this, but I will.”

It was an unnecessarily unpleasant interaction over something so minor—and it made us question whether customer satisfaction is truly valued here. We’ll be going elsewhere for burgers from now on.

It’s a fast food joint can’t expect anything crazy but a good solid burger. Can’t go wrong here if you want some smash steak burger and delicious crispy fries.
