Garlic Knot Pizza & Pasta

If I was providing feedback based on food alone it would be 5 stars. However, there seems to be an issue with orders for pickup and kitchen execution. 2 out of the 3 pick up orders were missing items. First one, the kitchen completely forgot to make the calzone which was half the order. When I came in and asked about it they tried to hide the fact they forgot and instead of talking to me about they frantically started trying to make it. I ended up canceling the calzone and taking home only what was ready. The second was ordering a kids ziti with a meatball and they did not include the meatball. Although small, it is important that what I pay for is what I receive. If the team improves their QA process to ensure I get everything I order, the review will be updated to be more based on food quality.

Ordered a chic parm sandwich and a penne pasta with mushrooms and broccoli. The chicken on the sandwich was not a cutlet. It was cut into pieces that were impossible to chew through. In addition the chicken was chewy and overcooked. Nothing special about the sauce or the bread. The penne pasta was painfully light on sauce and lacking a reasonable amount of mushrooms or broccoli. First and last time here.

Not the best garlic knot I’ve been to, but that’s not saying it still wasn’t good. There have been others that have let me down. Likely will return. Only complaint would be the young woman at the register that acted like she had no interest in being there.

If you like garlic, this is the place for you. The knots are superb, the sauce is excellent, and the pizza is perfect.

I knew things might get screwed up when i called to place an order. Kid that answered acted confused on what he was paid to do. Ordered a square grandma pie. Ended up being round not square. Only thing correct was the toppings. Having kids run your front of house can really set the tone.

My family and I ate here for the first time today, everything was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful with anything that we needed. I would reccomend there calzone, it was crunchy, light and fluffy, very flavorful.

Believe the young mans name is John. About 6'7 260 lbs. Late 20s
Super customer Service every time I've had the pleasure of running into him. My last experience there he had actually walked across the parking lot when I had gone to the gas station to service my motorhome and fear that I had forgotten my food. Outstanding top-notch young man this company is very very lucky to have someone of his caliper in this day and age..
And the food was very good as well. I do apologize if I got your name wrong but I don't think so you're pretty hard to miss my friend keep up the good work and I appreciate everything you do there need to give this young man a raise. Now on another level , once, the manager (believe his name was Tim) late 50s, almost half,, was cooking,, while me and a friend of mine were placing our order... Overheard me ordering, when The woman at counter said she may not have the ability to change $100 bill? As I was responding that that's no problem I can put it on my card Mr Tim with his sweaty glasses hanging off the tip of his nose just looked up and said no we don't break hundred-dollar bills about a snotty and ignorant and unprofessional as I've ever seen in my life...
And if I had driven across town to bring a friend of mine that was visiting Colorado to this place I would have left right then and there so that was really shocking and I hope he is removed from that position immediately aside from that place is Great ...
And the youngster John keep up the good work!!!! The snotty little waitress at the counter I hope they're both gone as well sure would hate to work around those old crows. And let's hope that Mr Tim get some people skills and don't know how he got that position but he sure doesn't belong in it... I vote for the young man John who looks like a Denver bronco linebacker!! He could do 10 times better of a job,, and that's the ONLY reason I went back there..
And Mr Tim needs to clean his glasses a little bit and maybe get some chapstick... Besides about the place was great!!

Food was great. We had pizza and garlic knots and salads. Service was just sad. You know how you want someone to be successful but they just are in the wrong job. This was that exact experience. We asked for silverware and napkins (it’s easier to eat with them) we were asked how many sets? Straws how many? Ranch side on person asked how many? Out of fat tire and skinny margaritas???? Our server was frustrated and did not want to get our ice cream had no idea what the options were. Would not walk to each person put everything on the end of the table and expected us to pass. Again food was great pizza was fantastic but we won’t eat in restaurant again. Might order and pick up. But we won’ t go out of our way. Why on earth are you out of alcohol.
