Got my take out order wrong, owner argued with me and finally gave me half the value of my order in credit. Called to order a small pizza with my credit and told they wouldn’t deliver for under $20! I’m a grandmother of 4, have frequent pool parties pizza and Greek salads delivered poolside, hundreds of dollars to this business. That’s over!!!
First experience, they tried telling me they were closed at 8pm when they close at 9pm after fact I ordered ahead. Order was all wrong. Second time, lady sat there on her phone as I stood at counter acting like i annoyed her. Order was wrong again with hair on the pizza. Will never eat here again. Do not recommend.

.7 miles from my house... but can't get anyone to answer the phone to place a pick up order. Tried several times over multiple days but have only got my order placed twice. Done trying to give them my business. I will drive to the ken caryl location, they have the best pizza in town and answer the phone.

Anytime we have come here the food is over priced, service terrible , and customer service is TERRIBLE. The manager is so rude and unprofessional……. And our overall experience has been crappy every time. I bring our senior here since it’s so close to her home, and I will not be coming back . The Food sucked today and so did getting overcharged and realizing the staff could care less . Crappy food, overpriced meal …. Smh

My mom and I stop by frequently for lunch. Never had a bad experience; staff have always been polite and friendly, restaurant is always clean, plenty of seating options, and food is always hot, fresh, and delicious!

We order from here frequently. It’s my favorite! In fact I sometimes crave this pizza, with a perfectly crisp crust and delicious combination of toppings. My go-to is a white pizza with sausage, spinach and mushrooms. Today was not only shocking, but horribly disappointing. Talk about lean coverage on a pizza, wow! First of all, nearly undetectable ricotta or mozzarella. Darned near dry. Then, there couldn’t have been more than ONE TABLESPOON of sausage on the entire pizza. Seriously, just a few teeny-tiny crumbles. And then, there were literally only six LEAVES of spinach on the whole thing. Not even every piece had a speck of green. Such a bummer. I was so looking forward to a lazy, rainy afternoon with the usual delicious pizza, but this was a total rip off. I should have photographed and/or just marched right back - or maybe called to convey my displeasure - but I neglected to do any of it. Please up your game, people. For being loyal customers, we certainly didn’t deserve this.
They do not know what they are doing with coupons and online orders. Their staff are also not trained to instruct customers the right way to do things either.
This location's owner decided that they were not going to win a new customer's loyalty. The pizza was decent and because of that, I would have gone back for more, but I don't want to deal with the unpredictability at this location. YOU LOST MY BUSINESS.
The story:
We received coupons in the mail for this location specifically. A couple of weeks ago, we tried to use the coupons online, but there were no codes, so I called the store and they said to order online and when I come in to pick up the pizza, they would redeem the coupon at that time; I did exactly that and went to pick up the pizza.
When I told them I was there to pick up the pizza and handed them the coupon, the girl was confused and said they can't redeem the coupon. I mentioned that I was a first-time customer, I have these coupons, and that this store told me on the phone what to do. When the girl called the owner with this info, the owner declined the use of the coupon ($6 off) and also declined my suggestion that if it's an ordering system thing to use a different coupon (free garlic knots with pizza order). So I had to walk out of the store with a full-priced pizza and didn't get to use my coupons. Might as well should have gone to Jets or Blackjack Pizza like we normally do.

So we love the Garlic Knot and every pizza before this has been amazing! Ordered a large The Mott and happy to pay the price and it was a a medium. Please make a large pizza I paid $30 to take home and bake and paid for next time with tip $34
We came here to meet a friend, and since we’ve had great experiences at other Garlic Knots locations, we were excited to visit. Unfortunately, this experience was very different.
Right away, it was clear our waitress was overwhelmed. We tried to be patient and understanding my friend’s 12-year-old daughter even complimented her hair, and she shared that she had rushed to put it up so she wouldn’t be late. Our group included 3 adults and 5 kids (all 12 and under). Two of the kids ordered adult meals, so I mentioned I would order a kids meal instead. She acknowledged that, but when my food arrived and I asked to confirm it was the kids meal, she said yes. It turned out to be an adult portion (with sausage under the ziti), but by the time I realized the mistake, the restaurant had gotten busier and it was nearly impossible to get her attention she was very overwhelmed.
We didn’t even have forks for quite a while because she was trying to keep up with getting food out. The kids needed drink refills, and we were told by the front counter that only the server could handle refills, so we had to wait until she eventually came back. At one point, the manager, Wendy, did help by getting a refill for the kids.
When the server brought the check, I mentioned the mix-up with my meal as well as my friend’s fettuccine Alfredo, which had been served with red sauce. She said she would inform the manager. Wendy then came over with the check, without any apology and stated that since we had eaten the food, we would need to pay for it. I expressed that the waitress seemed overwhelmed, and Wendy responded that I could have come to the counter, mentioning that she had helped with a refill. It was frustrating, especially since part of the meal wasn’t even finished and had been boxed up. The server later mentioned she had a concussion and didn’t remember the order correctly.
To make matters worse, Wendy and our waitress, Katrina, were at the front speaking negatively about the situation within earshot of our kids while they were playing games.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and not somewhere we would choose to return. And to be clear this was a $3.50 it isn't about the money but was about how the situation was handled.

Every staff member here is always kind and helpful. We order a lot of catering to my office from this location, and the orders are always correct, fresh, and they even call to verify that everything looks good beforehand. Would definitely recommend for good pizza and service :)
