I had the street tacos, and they were very flavorful. There are a number of interesting dishes I would like to try. Our waiter was attentive and friendly.

An incredible let down when a place doesn't live up to its memory. Back in town visiting and decided to come back to revisit the amazing food that used to come from this restaurant. From the outside, the place looks condemned. After being seated in a nearly empty establishment, we got our chips and salsa, waters, and ordered a drink and the glazed bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer. This would be the last time we would see our server until 20min later when she delivered my terrible tasting margarita. The shrimp then arrived a total of 25min after ordering, and I'm pretty sure they spent that entire time cooking. Not only were they missing the glaze, but were so incredibly overcooked that it was like eating hard rubber.Rather than begging to order our entrées and waiting an additional 25yrs, we paid the check and promptly left and went elsewhere.I was surprised when we were able to just walk in and be seated...used to be the place would be packed on the weekends...mystery solved.

Hacienda was our go to Mexican restaurant for years. We celebrated many family events here. We always knew that the drinks/chips and salsa/food selections would be top quality. However, we went for happy hour this passed week and ordered Margaritas and quesadillas. When the margaritas came, we were very surprised that they came in a beer mug. After drinking the first sip the margaritas were very bland, and not the good margaritas we have to expect from the Hacienda. Waitress said this came down from corporate. She told us that they were told go get rid of the margarita glasses. However, we did see some margarita glasses in the back of the bar. We also found a piece of paper in one of our drinks. The waitress replaced it. After waiting 15 minutes for our quesadilla we wanted more chips and salsa. Waitress said she would bring some right away. Well, that never happened. We also never got our quesadilla after waiting at least 25 minutes. After 15 more minutes, we left. We will not be going back to Hacienda for quite a long time.

This place has really changed over the years that we’ve been coming here. It seems like the portions all shrunk (queso, margaritas) and the music is so loud. When did “corporate” make these decisions? Disappointed.

I absolutely used to LOVE Hacienda Colorado. It used to be a great Mexican restaurant with amazing flavors, food, and drinks. Went today and NOW...... The drinks are sub-par, the food is flavorless, and just over all disappointing. No heat, no flavor, and even had to order a shot just to make my margarita worth while. NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR TIME YOUR SPENDING. If you want REAL Mexican food.... Don't waist your time or money here!

Food was tasteless. NO flavor and extremely bland. Very small portions and the side dishes were served cold. Very slow and unatentive service.

The food was all sort of bland. Needed more seasoning overall. Service was great though, Jimmy did amazing! We had a large group and he kept up really well. The manager stopped by to introduce himself and make sure we were all happy which was nice too.

We went pretty late in the evening towards closing. There were not very many customers, so my wife and I assumed that it wasn’t going to be very good but they had good reviews on Google so I decided to give them a chance. I’m so glad that I did. Food was wonderful. Staff was very kind and attentive. We will definitely be back.

This has been a go-to spot for family gatherings for years. The skinny-rita and fajitas are favorites. The menu has been reduced recently so there aren’t as many options, but if you are craving classic and high quality Tex-Mex, Hacienda is a great option!

This place has always been my favorite restaurant since they first opened. That being said I haven't been to this location in a very long time. My husband and I were in the area and decided we wanted to get some to go dinner on 8/15/23 we were going to order online but the menu was a little different online so we went in to order. We made our whole order then was told we couldn't get the drinks we wanted because they don't do top shelf margaritas to go so I canceled the drink order very frustrating because that is definitely my favorite drink from there. Then my husband brings out the order we take it back to the hotel and the food was pretty awful my chicken burrito was super salty my chile rellenos were mushy the side of beans with both were really salty as well and they never asked what kind of beans I wanted they had a burn taste to them as well. I have never been disappointed with this place till now. They tried to make up for my disappointment with the drinks by giving us a huge bag of chips and the bartender kept apologizing to my husband.

Hacienda Colorado used to be one of Colorado’s Crown Jewels for great Mountain Mex food with an elaborate menu, lots of great sauces, lots of great food choices, great service, and a great atmosphere. Then they sold this homegrown restaurant to some company in Texas, and now the menu is at least 65% smaller with far less variety. The "style" is gone. The "feel" is gone. The food is nowhere near as good as it used to be, and the service now is average at best. Very sad. It is a shadow of what it used to be.

Looks dead from the outside, but when you walk up, you can hear music as if it's trying to slowly come alive.Ordered one entree and guacamole. The guacamole could have used more veggies, but still was savory after was I squeezed thr lemon in.Loved that the carnitas fajitas came out sizzling and steaming!Didn't order any drinks, just water with lemon.Friendly staff
