The food was phenomenal and our waitress (if I remember correctly her name was Holly) was outstanding! Very personable! We will definitely eat here again when we are back in the area!
Great food, chef Renée came out to personally greet us and talk about the food. Very friendly and professional. Food was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Wow! I have passed by this little restaurant many times and didn’t give it a thought, but ate here the other night! The food was excellent!!!! I had the wild mushroom ravioli, in pesto and it was incredible! Then we had crème brûlée for desert! Again, excellent! Service was prompt and very friendly, and the price was pretty reasonable considering the high quality of the food! I highly recommend this cute little restaurant. The best thing about this place is it’s not a chain restaurant!
We were pleasantly surprised with our experience. Both diners were plated beautifully, well seasoned and delicious. (salmon & chicken piccada) The banana bread pudding dessert was chef's kiss. We'll be back to try pasta next time.
We had phenomenal service! Food, ambiance, and vibe was great! We were celebrating and our friend and our server made it very special!
The cavaappi dinner was very good as well as the spaghetti. The pizza -below average due to the crust which looked and tasted like a premade pressed dough and expensive too! This was a take out dinner

Reservation easy to book. Restaurant seating inside and out very accommodating. Appetizer (Avocado Bruschetta) very tasty but a small plate. Dinners more than made up for it with ample portions and delicious taste! Cheesecake for dessert was quite tasty as well. Definitely recommend!
We stopped in for a late lunch after searching for a nearby restaurant and perusing the menu online. I have food allergies and the staff were super accommodating and could answer all my ingredient questions. My salad was dressed perfectly and the wine pairing that my server chose for the meal was excellent, too. We felt very welcome and well taken care of!

We had 2 of the items off the special menu - Salmon Poke bites and the Steak Oscar, both were delicious. Service was outstanding!!
Best Meal I have ever had at the Hi-Lo!! Hi-Lo Fettuccini and Steak! Thank you for a great Friday Night!!
Flavors and seasoning totally on point! Started with the buratta and bread was fantastic start with a little sweet, savory and salty. Short rib was fantastic, veg was great. Wife's pasta was a touch too spicy but quite tasty, and Mac and cheese for my son was also delicious. Finished off with a very nice creme brulee, and my son had a very tasty banana split. About $140 total for all three of us and absolutely worth it!

AMAZING!! I tend to not eat out much in CO because often I have been disappointed. But Hilo is really a top notch hidden gem. High quality food, impeccable flavor infusions, and amazing staff. Really friendly, cozy atmosphere. This is easily my favorite restaurant in CO.
