AMAZING!! I tend to not eat out much in CO because often I have been disappointed. But Hilo is really a top notch hidden gem. High quality food, impeccable flavor infusions, and amazing staff. Really friendly, cozy atmosphere. This is easily my favorite restaurant in CO.
We returned and found HiLo to be about the same...the menu is a little tired....same old, same old...and the service friendly but scattered. A nice place for a not so memorable experience...not bad just nothing to distinguish it for anything other than a quick, middle of the road dinner...not bad ... just no highs and no lows
The sesame chicken wrap with side salad was just so delicious! Reasonable amount for me, but someone else may need more for lunch. The dressing was just great too. Server was professional and very attentive. Good coffee as well.
