We picked up a full sized ham for Christmas dinner. Everyone agreed out of everything, it was the best thing about the meal. We're talking everything from smoked turkey to homemade pie... it was the best.

The people behind the counter were attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes.

They gave my prepaid ham away to someone else. I was told when I arrived that they were out of hams, but then a ham magically appeared for me to take home. Clearly they took this from someone else's prepaid order. This place is managed terribly.

We have enjoyed Honey Baked Hams for many years but, after today, we won’t be back. I paid $98 for an 8 lb ham in advance and scheduled the pickup for today. When I arrived the line for pre paid ham was huge but people who didn’t prepay left in 5 minutes, I was there over 20. 1 person helping prepaid, 5 people helping others. The kicker was they didn’t have an 8 lb for me, I had to take another size.

Declined to make us lunch even though we come here 2-3x a month - “we don’t have time today” 2 customers inside 5 employees working. You don’t have 5 minutes to make sandwiches? There goes my pre orders for holidays after this as well. It’s not just about the lunches it’s about long term customer service which proved today that they don’t need.
