The Honey Baked Ham Company

First time visiting The Honey Baked Ham Company and the experience was top-notch. Lanae and Aidan were amazing—super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They walked me through the menu and helped me decide what to get. Aidan recommended the ribs, and they were absolutely delicious. The Honey Baked sandwich I ordered was also incredible—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made.

They also let me know about the rewards program and suggested I sign up, which I really appreciated. It’s always great when employees look out for your best value.

The place was spotless and well-maintained, and you can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. Great food, great service, great people. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Good ham sandwich

We love ordering hams for holidays, but have you ever just tried their sandwiches?! They’re amazing!! One of my favorite places for lunch. The sweet honey glaze on their sandwiches is the cherry on top for me.

We picked up a full sized ham for Christmas dinner. Everyone agreed out of everything, it was the best thing about the meal. We're talking everything from smoked turkey to homemade pie... it was the best.

The people behind the counter were attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes.

They gave my prepaid ham away to someone else. I was told when I arrived that they were out of hams, but then a ham magically appeared for me to take home. Clearly they took this from someone else's prepaid order. This place is managed terribly.

We have enjoyed Honey Baked Hams for many years but, after today, we won’t be back. I paid $98 for an 8 lb ham in advance and scheduled the pickup for today. When I arrived the line for pre paid ham was huge but people who didn’t prepay left in 5 minutes, I was there over 20. 1 person helping prepaid, 5 people helping others. The kicker was they didn’t have an 8 lb for me, I had to take another size.
