We visit this location often specifically because of the friendly staff - they are always so happy & welcoming. Quick service, great food & fair prices. Armand is the best. Everyone always looks like they are being well taken care of and happy.

I don't understand what happened after covington struck, seems as though places never have enough staff and the ones they do have need some serious customer service training. My companion and I got here at dinner time, and the host ushered us to a table right next to the bathroom, now dear readers, I will never understand why they even do this but this particular table was within 4-5 feet of it. I don't know about you, but I refuse to sit that close to a public restroom while I eat. I asked the host if he would seat us somewhere else and he said we would have to wait 15-20 minutes, which shocked me because the restaurant was near empty, I tried to protest based on the lack of other customers and was told to have a seat and wait or leave, so I did. Now I have to say the food here has always been good, but unless you want to get treated this way, don't go at dinner time!

Placed an online order, and when I left my house to go to get it, I was looking at a flat tire. After spending 90 minutes fixing said flat, I arrive to pick up my food nearly 2 hours late. The restaurant was willing to remake my entire order, so my family and I had a hot breakfast. Thank you so much! Keep up the good work!
