This was the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. 2 waitresses couldn't remember to get my creamer and didn't bring out all the food that was ordered

This restaurant practices safe COVID-19 protections. We were so apprehensive about having breakfast at a restaurant. Something we do regularly. We decided to try again during this pandemic. We learned a lot. The restaurant seemed so empty but they were soclally distancing the customers. There was NOTHING on the tables, no salt, no ketchup no napkins. We asked for them during service and they provided packets. The server's wore gloves, handled the food with great connection. They accidentally brought the wrong juice and rather than taking it back they provided the correct juice. We were fearful eating out. IHOP (this one) made us feel secure with the disposable menus, hand sanitzer and all employees with proper PPE protection. Thank you IHOP for helping us do our regular events normally.

The staff was nice. Tables were sticky and prices have definitely gone up. Covid recommendations were followed. Overall it's IHOP great place for breakfast.

Gross. Dined in yesterday, Saturday 9/26/2020 at 10:00-10:30 AM. The guy busing tables wearing a black hat needs more training on how to clean off a table. My boyfriend stepped on a giant pile of scrambled eggs underneath the table. The same guy also cleaned a table next to us and sprayed a ton of chemicals all over the table while we were eating, made us cough after inhaling the chemicals. I can’t say I will be back. The food was cold and tasted old. Worst IHOP I’ve been to.

It's 2020 and they can't get their website ordering to work. It keeps erroring out at check-out even in different browsers. Called management. They were not helpful. Will not come back.
