My mom loved this place, she was the pickiest eater and she passed away. I went there this past week and it was a good as I remember.

Came in to pick up some food to-go and everything was immaculately prepared.
Got the Creamy Ahi Poke Bowl to-go, but also enjoyed some of the best Mackerel Nigiri I have ever had while I waited. Paired with my Kirin it was a perfect snack.
Service was prompt, friendly, and super helpful when I couldn't decide what I wanted 😅
Will be returning every time I visit Denver 👌

Such an amazing find. Food is amazing, and staff is incredible! We go there as often as we can. Be sure to save room for the coconut cake. It's to die for!

Such a fantastic place. We used to live nearby and visited often. But we moved a few years ago and today made the 40 minute trek for a special occasion. So, so, so worth the drive! Thank you for an amazing birthday lunch!

Good spot, had their New York strip. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. They also have fries that taste and look just like McDonald’s.

Super solid fresh sushi and a diverse menu, with the Hawaiian food element added in. Ahi poke and the Nigiri were on point, friendly prompt service, what more could you ask for?

The chirashi was excellent, and the waitress was very nice (Tuesday lunch) and attentive. I've been eating lunch here at least twice a month for years. This is the place for sushi in the SW Denver metro.

Got the kalbi beef, the garlic chicken, and the shrimp&veggie tempura, to-go. All were done well; crispy, fresh veggies and meat, good sauces. I have to call out the garlic chicken, and especially the Mac salad. The Mac salad was the best one I've ever had.
I'm honestly surprised this place has an average rating of 4.7 stars. We've given it a few tries now, and the food has consistently been mediocre at best.
Tonight we ordered takeout - the salmon entrée and five different rolls. My husband and I are big fans of salmon and sushi, so it was really disappointing when we ended up throwing away nearly 40% of our meal because it was just that hard to get through.
Spending over $80 on food we couldn't finish feels like a real waste.

This was my first time getting food here! I got the loco moco and it was so mfn good. I grew up in hawaii so I wanted some island local food and they had it on the menu!
The server was also very kind :) good vibes altogether.
Again, the loco moco is so good.
I did not take a picture because I devoured it immediately. But good portion (I would probably order with an extra egg if allowed)
Intimate location, fantastic food, helpful staff.
Best sushi ive ever had. Every visit here feels like a trip back home. Not only is literally everything delicious but the staff treat you like family and I couldn't imagine a better experience.
