The food is good, but don't order sandwiches with rosemary parmesan bread. They will always give you white bread. I eat here a lot and I've never actually gotten the right bread.

I order from this location quite often for delivery. Always delicious, and I'm always so grateful to receive a quality sandwich every time. Just wanted to tip my cap to the staff.

This is one of the few places I can get gluten free food. It’s usually delicious, but today, I ordered a chipotle chicken cheesesteak and there were no onions/peppers or sauce on it. The gluten-free bread is especially dry so it definitely needs sauce- the more the better. I paid for extra meat as well (since the bread can be a bit overwhelming) and it seemed to have the regular amount of meat. It’s honestly so hard to eat out with a gluten allergy, but then you pay quite a bit extra for your allergy and don’t even get what you ordered. $16 wasted.

I appreciated the staff except the 2nd lady that overcharged me by making no. 2 and pricng no. 5 without the increase in food or provide what was requested (2).

Ordered on line. Walked in at the same time as other customers. Those customers actually went through the line and got their other faster than anyone was willing to help the people waiting for on line orders. When they did take the time to help the lowly on line orders they cleared 8 people waiting. Why they can’t seem to have some simply dedicated to helping the on line orders I can’t understand. Doesn’t seem that hard.

Usually no issues at this location. Yesterday though I stood in line for over 5 minutes and wasn’t even greeted by anyone, no one bothering to take my order, just completely ignored like I wasn’t even there. So I left and won’t bother returning to this location due to horrible customer service. This location used to be managed well but not anymore, just a bunch of teenagers here now who ignore regular customers and just screw around when they should be working. Need to re-train your staff here at this location.

Restaurant was very quick to ask that I email them about my concern.
Nobody responded to my email.

The “juice” is deceptive. They call it vinegar and olive oil blend. It is 3 parts canola oil to one part olive oil plus vinegar, not a blend of vinegar and olive oil.

Unprofessional. Guy picking things out of his teeth and went to make my sandwich while all other staff watched. Will not return. GM needs to hire better people.

Absolutely fantastic location. Catering boxes were perfect and ready on time. Food was fresh and delicious. The staff was warm and welcoming. Thank you for making the teachers at Parker Performing Arts School happy for teacher appreciation week.
