Noooooooo cheese, means no cheese. When someone is already paying 20 plus dollars for a sandwich how is it so hard to understand not wanting cheese. Especially if you guys had something better than your cheap white American trash cheese it wouldn't be such a big deal.

Jaz is a top tier customer service employee, stopped in for a chipotle cheesesteak sub and this woman manned the counter and made my sandwich single-handedly in 10 minutes. I'll be back!

I understand that there are online orders but employees that are rude and don’t care about the sub is frustrating. If these kids don’t like their jobs they can find another. This is the only Jersey Mike’s that I have experienced this behavior.
