I used to love this place but the quality has been going downhill. Last two times they were not even practicing cleanliness. Today, one kid was eating in the sandwich making area. He put on his gloves still chewing, then touched his visor, then touched my sandwich. I made him get new gloves and start over. Cashier girl was snickering...rude. I let them know I used to work for the health dept. While 1st guy was remaking sandwich the eater bent down behind the counter. Was he touching something again, maybe the floor? I should have just left. Now I'm wondering if I will get sick. I am guessing there are no supervisors.

Even with some people giving them trouble they were able to remake something for me. I ordered it at the wrong store and came back a day later and they were able to make it for me. Hella cool people, you should come here if anywhere.

Food is never ready on time if ordering ahead on the app. Only this location has that problem.

Sometimes you walk into a place where the employees bust out sandwiches but just don't care. Rarely, like today, you walk in and you have a group of artists having fun together and making amazing food.

This location was epic from the friendliness of the greeting to the speedy performance and effort of the team. Thanks for making lunch an experience!

The food is good, but don't order sandwiches with rosemary parmesan bread. They will always give you white bread. I eat here a lot and I've never actually gotten the right bread.

I order from this location quite often for delivery. Always delicious, and I'm always so grateful to receive a quality sandwich every time. Just wanted to tip my cap to the staff.

This is one of the few places I can get gluten free food. It’s usually delicious, but today, I ordered a chipotle chicken cheesesteak and there were no onions/peppers or sauce on it. The gluten-free bread is especially dry so it definitely needs sauce- the more the better. I paid for extra meat as well (since the bread can be a bit overwhelming) and it seemed to have the regular amount of meat. It’s honestly so hard to eat out with a gluten allergy, but then you pay quite a bit extra for your allergy and don’t even get what you ordered. $16 wasted.

I appreciated the staff except the 2nd lady that overcharged me by making no. 2 and pricng no. 5 without the increase in food or provide what was requested (2).
