It had been a while since I last ordered from Jet Plaza, and I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. The food came out burnt — not just slightly overcooked, but pretty badly burned, which affected both the taste and quality. It felt rushed and not up to the standard I remember from before.
I hope this was just a one-time issue because they used to be much better. I really wish they improve the quality again.

Do not order feom here. Poorly managed location. Put in an online order one evening and received a call from the manager to tell me the sent the driver home and my money would be refunded. I'm hoping to receive the money before needing to take further steps. Put in an order the next evening, paying additional money and was immediately emailed that they were unable to complete the order. Hopefully that money will be refunded before next steps as well.

If your jonesing for a detroit style in Denver. This is the best I have found so far. I have eaten at Jets in Kalamazoo before, I would say this one is better.

I love Jets Pizza and will always order from there, but I have a note for corporate: your AI ordering system is garbage. I don’t know what flawed AI program you’re using, but it needs to go. It's broken and a waste of everyone’s time. 5 minutes in, I am begging to speak to a live person. Other than that, your pizza is the best!

My partner ordered pizza to be picked up at a certain time and I had forgotten about the time, I got there to pick up my pizza 30 minutes early and they were apologizing that it wasn't ready. It was ready 10 minutes later. It was a great experience handled so well, and the pizza was amazing as usual. Thank you all for being such rock stars!!
Went to pick up a Pizza we ordered online the other night and a woman in the car beside us was furious because she was given something wrong with her Pizza order. We got our Pizza and left and got home and they had given us the wrong Pizza. I contacted Jet's to let them know about the mistake and told them I wanted a refund because most of the things on the Pizza, I do not eat. They told me I had to send pictures and prove to them that we received the wrong pizza after I had already thrown it away(trash day tomorrow).If a company distrusts their customers this much then I will not be returning. When you order something you should get what you order. Clearly these people working tonight were making major mistakes.

Great pizza and staff. My text order didn't translate right but the staff got my order right. Those two women should get a raise.
Pro: Really friendly staff Con: besides only having one pro, terribly inconsistent. Sometimes the pizza sauce is spicy and other times it's not at all. A pepperoni pizza could look like it's from a commercial (perfection) or it can look like a zombie (beat up with uneven cheese dispersed, just barely meeting the crust).
In 2019, a large pizza, with the large one topping deal was $11.99 today (2025) they took the deal away and a large one topping is $21.99 with no deal available. Delivery charge is $6 PLUS the additional tip for the driver.
Using the pickup option is also asking for a tip for who I don't know.
Soooo bummed because this place was sooo good I spent $200 one week just ordering $12 pizzas everyday.

I heard grest things about this place but its comparable to pizza hut (not as bad as dominoes though). I waited about 15 minutes past the estimated ready time. Drove 3 minutes home, ate a slice of the 4 corners pizza which was pretty decent but similar to any other chains deep dish pizza, then went for the normal hand tossed pie. The cheese already solidified within 8-10 minutes from the pizza being handed to me. I saw some sign or something online about premium mozarella but it felt like I was eating mozarella flavored velveta mixed with plastic. I have another coupon for a free pie but probably wont bother using it. I definitely would never pay for pizza here. Get it for 25% of the cost at a pizza hut (dont bother with dominoes)

My first experience and will be my last. Pizza is late. I called and was told it's still in oven and it should have been on my doorstep. No offer of discounts only excuses. Don't bother with this place...I'll be looking into contacting owner if my pizza doesn't arrive or arrives cold. Pretty sad for a $30 GF pizza. That's what I get for trying something new.
