Public Service Announcement.
There is a crook working at #Jimmyjohns. This person has charged my credit card with over $700.00 in over a 3 day period with unauthorized charges ranging from $61.00 to over $180.00. Store management, regional management and ownership will not return phone calls or assist in any way to resolve the issue. Douglas County Sheriff's Office has been notified. Buyer beware.
Pretty disappointed. Usually pick up, but used delivery. Waited over an hour for my delivery, and finally called the store. I was just left on hold...
Fast forward to the actual delivery, about an hour and a half later from when I ordered, and the sandwich is completely soggy. Being less than a mile from the store and having paid the $3.00 delivery, expected a bit better.
Next time I am in a crunch and need something before a meeting, Ill look elsewhere.
