I’ve never been treated so poorly at an establishment before.

Ordered a toasted sub. Saw them make it and then it was never given to me. Went up to ask about it, then the line worker and another guy, who I was maybe the owner, began arguing behind the line about where the sandwich was. They remade it and then just casually handed it to me without addressing the situation at all.

I returned to the counter and said that I wished they would have handled the situation differently. No apologies were made. The owners response was that they were in a very busy lunch rush (it was the Saturday after Halloween, it was not busy…). I politely responded that it wasn’t my problem. He then told me that I could leave his store.

This place consistently misses or messes up orders. It would behoove the manager to learn how to manage. Skip this location and go anywhere else.

The sandwiches were so thin. We ordered extra lettuce on both and got less than the normal amount. Ingredients were just thrown on. We asked for 1 of the sandwiches to be cut in half, it wasn’t… if you combined the ingredients from both sandwiches into one, you MIGHT have enough for an average jimmy John’s sandwich. Would not waste my money at this location again.

Im def agreeing with most of the other reviews, the store was clean, the employees were straight forward, and the food was standard. I will say tho if you paid extra for something such as bacon or extra cheese or anything thats an added price, CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Got a beachclub, paid $2.70 for bacon to be added that was not added.. i understand sometimes it can get buried so i dug through the whole thing and still.. no bacon😭 it was a decent sandwich nevertheless i guess🤷‍♀️

Guy at the counter was disrespectful for some reason. Really hope he has a better day so other people dont have to have a bad experience like me just to get a sandwich...

Fast and delicious

Placed orders to have delivered to a customer. Driver told customer that if she didn’t sign and add tip, he wouldn’t deliver there again. We then received a call and they cancelled our order for the evening saying they didn’t have the bread. Best part is they wouldn’t give us a GM contact info and said for us to just call back. Poor customer service all the way around.

Ordered at 11:37 food arrived at 12:53, seriously and my unwhich was soaking wet and chips were not what I ordered, no straw for the drink. $24 lunch for 1 , not value at all here

Went in today 11/4 at 1:20 I was not greeted in anyway was standing by the register long enough for some one to acknowledge me no one did whe I went to order my large order they told me they only have enough bread for one 10 inch sub i will never return to this jimmy johns again the three teenage boys working there should not continue to be employed there or anywhere to be honest

Store was closed during listed business hours and there was no note on the door or explanation. Was hoping to get lunch easy near work and was disappointed I was unable to.
