Both Employees closing had some of the worst attitudes, i’m surprised this place is still open.

Ordered at 11:37 food arrived at 12:53, seriously and my unwhich was soaking wet and chips were not what I ordered, no straw for the drink. $24 lunch for 1 , not value at all here

Went in today 11/4 at 1:20 I was not greeted in anyway was standing by the register long enough for some one to acknowledge me no one did whe I went to order my large order they told me they only have enough bread for one 10 inch sub i will never return to this jimmy johns again the three teenage boys working there should not continue to be employed there or anywhere to be honest

Store was closed during listed business hours and there was no note on the door or explanation. Was hoping to get lunch easy near work and was disappointed I was unable to.
Enrique was very friendly and helpful when ordering my sandwiches. I would say he was probably the best employee in the store. I would say he deserves to get paid more.

Every time I come to this Jimmy John’s location, I refuse to order at the actual counter anymore. I have been told several times in the past that there is a 20+ minute wait for in store orders because of online orders taking up the majority of orders. When I walk in through the doors, I never am greeted and have to go up to the employees to ask for my pick up order. The employees never look in your direction and will make sandwiches until you go up to them and ask them a question directly.

Not a great Jimmy John's location. I live 1.3 miles from the store location, and it consistently takes over an hour to have my food delivered. This is something that a company that advertises Freaky Fast should probably fix. This has been an issue going on for years. I simply won't bother with delivery anymore. I like to customize my sandwiches to add the jimmy peppers, the employees rarely get it right. It's a 50/50 chance they will actually customize my sandwich. I will say the staff is friendly.

I live nearby and get an order for pick up almost weekly. Consistently satisfied with the food, the customer service, and quickness every time! Love this Jimmy John’s! PS the chicken Caesar wrap with cucumber is FIYA ?

I placed an online order with 2610 W Belleview Ave Littleton, 80123. The order was supposed to be delivered at 11am. The delivery never showed up. I called the store directly several times and could not get through. So, I called the neighboring store: 91 W Mineral Ave Ste. 110, Littleton, CO 80120. They explained to me that the store was closed due to loss power. Because I had already paid for the items, I asked if they could honor the order? They refused. Not even an attempt for me to reorder the meal through their location. I ask to speak to the Manager. The Manager refused to talk, but relayed that she understood the situation, but there was nothing that she could do. I asked to speak to the District Manager, so that I can cancel the order that I never received and to get a full refund. They informed me that the Manager, was also their District Manager, and that she was too busy to talk. I filed a complaint with Jimmy John’s Corporate Office on BOTH store locations. What happened was completely unacceptable. What happened to good “Customer Service”?

Walked in and was immediately told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. I told the guy that was working I just wanted to loaves of bread and he said no I can’t do that right now. Meanwhile 2 people are in the restaurant eating sandwiches he just made for them. Horrible customer service. I will never be coming back to this location. 15-20 minutes for 2 loaves of bread is insane
