I've ordered food many times for delivery, each time the order has taken over 1 hour. My last delivery that I received on 12/21 was order at 1:35pm I called the store at 2:30pm and was assured that order has already left the store and the driver had 4 other deliveries, they are busy and only have 1 driver. At 3:02pm I tired to call back again to check the delivery status since it is almost 1 1/2 hour, I was put on hold; thankfully the driver comes, she throws the bag on the counter and said "I spilled your drink so just give me 24$" didn't offer anything due to the fact I was missing an item. The food was not great definitely could tell was sitting for longer than the hour, everything was soggy and a complete mess.

After my car wouldn’t start on my way to pickup an online order. The operational manager at this location, generously, decided to deliver my food for free. He took time out of his day to do something nice, even when I offered to pay extra. Thanks man!

Order a bLt , no tomatoes and dry, and they are rude. Do not give them your business. Look at there other reviews and that should convince you.

I have ordered delivery from this Jimmy John’s twice and I am .4 miles from this location. They charge the usual delivery fee and I tip upfront when placing the order (which feels backwards). Both times, it’s taken over an hour to get my sandwich. For a restaurant that prides itself on speed, this is embarrassing. Also, not only am I tipping up front, but I’m receiving really bad service too. I had to leave for a meeting an hour and 15 minutes after placing my order, so I never got the sandwich and ended up going the rest of the afternoon without eating a lunch I paid for (with tip). Will not be purchasing or catering any sandwiches from JJs moving forward.

I ordered jimmy John's because we were hungry and all deliveries I've had from any of their other establishments lived up to their "freaky fast" delivery. This one certainly did not. I could have walked to the store, made the sandwich myself, and walked back and had it at my hotel in half the time that they took to deliver it. I placed my order at 12:42pm, it left the store at 1:09 pm so a whopping 27 minutes to get 2 sandwiches out the door. I gave them until 1:42 before I called to make sure it was being delivered, they assured me it would be. At 2:03 I decided to check the tracking again and it said it was delivered. I never heard a knock or any indication of the foods arrival, I have no idea how long it laid in the hallway of my hotel. If I could retract my tip from my order I would in a heartbeat and in my opinion after looking through this particular establishments review history, they should lose the rights to their franchise because they're discrediting the Jimmy John's brand by being slower than snails mating.

This is my first review for Jimmy John's. I really enjoy their food and have been addicted to it and would of been giving them a 5 star review until today. I ordered the usual meal and while I was waiting for it to be sent out I recieved a message that my food was being delivered by uber eats.
This really saddens me because now if I want Jimmy John's I have to go to the store which is hard for me to do with how busy I am throughout the day which is why I enjoy the delivery service they offer until today which leads me to why I am upset after learning they are working with uber eats. You see, I stopped ordering from places that offer delivery service using uber eats and door dash because 90% of the time I order from a place that uses one of those mentioned places, I don't recieve my food and they said they delivered it or they bring me the wrong order. The worst part is, when I called the places I ordered from they would tell me they need to dispute it with uber eats and not with them which is poor customer service. Yes, they would refund me the money but then I that still need to get food.
Now that Jimmy John's is now using those services they have 100% lost my business. I refuse to give uber eats and door dash any of my money. I would rather pay the company I ordered from and their employees versus a 3rd party. Also, if this is a way for Jimmy John's to save money by paying a 3rd party company instead of investing in the employees that work hard and provide world class customer service then I don't want to do business with them cause I don't support businesses that value money over their employees.

I work at Littleton hospital and they said they contacted me to give me my sandwhich, never did. Then I called the woman who answered was very rude, saying that there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. When I tried to call back, they irngoeed my call. I called on a different number and realized it was me calling, was rude again saying there was nothing they could do and hung up on me again. And wouldn’t answer if I called again.

I placed an online order with 2610 W Belleview Ave Littleton, 80123. The order was supposed to be delivered at 11am. The delivery never showed up. I called the store directly several times and could not get through. So, I called the neighboring store: 91 W Mineral Ave Ste. 110, Littleton, CO 80120. They explained to me that the store was closed due to loss power. Because I had already paid for the items, I asked if they could honor the order? They refused. Not even an attempt for me to reorder the meal through their location. I ask to speak to the Manager. The Manager refused to talk, but relayed that she understood the situation, but there was nothing that she could do. I asked to speak to the District Manager, so that I can cancel the order that I never received and to get a full refund. They informed me that the Manager, was also their District Manager, and that she was too busy to talk. I filed a complaint with Jimmy John’s Corporate Office on BOTH store locations. What happened was completely unacceptable.

The gentleman that helped me at this location yesterday morning 1/28 10am was fantastic! Wonderful customer service and so kind. Wish I would have caught his name. We will definitely be back because of him!
