Been awhile since I had visited a JJ sandwich shop. Now I remember why. Asked me if everything was OK to put on, I asked for bo tomatoes (while he was making it) he said no problem, and filled with tomatoes. The bread was not fresh. I'd guess it was made last week sometime.

Maybe it was just this location (Highlands Ranch & C-470). Definitely not worth the price they charge. There are many better options around town for a good sandwich.

I ordered a BLT with some extras and got home 30 min later to find out i got a B, no lettuce or tomato.. I love Jimmy Johns but basic comprehension of orders is lacking at this location.

Prices are higher than any other Jimmy John’s. They don’t participate in any promotions, they don’t have the same items available and overall just a terrible location. Stop by if you want to pay more than chipotle prices for an original sandwich

The people working there were really rude to me I stood up in the front for about 15 minutes before someone finally came up to the front and helped me with my order I waited for about 20 minutes for my one sandwich to come up and another person walked in and order and got their food when I had been sitting there for 20 mins waiting for mine, when they finished making my food they set it at the counter and walked into the back didn't even tell me it was ready like really the lack of care here really shows and definitely not freak fast definitely will not be returning

I recently visited this Jimmy John’s location and had a rather mixed experience. On the positive side, the food itself was tasty as usual, maintaining the quality I’ve come to expect from the brand. However, the recent price increases have made it difficult to justify frequent visits. The value for money is simply not there anymore, especially when compared to other similar options in the area.One of the most disappointing aspects of my visit was the wait time. Despite there being only two other customers in the store, it took a staggering 22 minutes for my order to be prepared. For a place that prides itself on being "Freaky Fast," this was far from acceptable. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. The last five times I’ve visited, the wait has consistently been very long, which is why I decided to time it this visit.Overall, while the food remains enjoyable, the combination of higher prices and slow service means I’m unlikely to return as often as I’d like. Jimmy John’s needs to address these issues if it hopes to retain loyal customers.

I’m sitting here watching people who are walking in, order and get their food faster than the promised “freaky fast” they swear up and down if you order online. It’s ridiculous. I kindly asked about my order and all she kept saying is they’re super busy.-Understandable . I ordered ONLINE - 10 minutes ago and still have not received my food.after 20 minutes I was going to ask about my food before the gal with the braids and glasses YELLS at me that it’s up there in the pick up orders. I asked how long it’s been up there since I didn’t hear my named called- they said they don’t call names out. Weird because the person who was picking up an order before me and waited got their named called out. As I was leaving the all YELL at me to have a good day in the most passive aggressive way. I kindly asked about my $20 dollar order and they completely abused me while I was leaving. The girls did the guys just minded their own business.

My sandwich was made exactly as I ordered it in the app. It was ready fast and tasted good. The staff was friendly. I got a good deal in the app on their Dime Bag, which came with a bag of chips, brownie & a pickle spear. I’ll definitely be back.

Parking: The side lot is very convenient to pull into & out of.

Kid-friendliness: My kid liked the taste of the sandwich, brownie & chips.
