The waitress was extremely rude the moment when I walked in. And at the end of the service, she forced me for a tip. "If your not going to give me a tip, you can order to go."

Jins is a fantastic lunch spot!
The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is impressively fast—perfect when I’m in a hurry. The staff is so sweet and friendly, which makes the experience even better.
Plus, they offer GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS, which is a huge win for me. Highly recommend!

Chicken is never chewy. You can get everything Thai hot. I really like this place
Extremely good asian food, the Pad Thai is best I have found in south Denver. most everything that we have ordered here is at least 9/10 and if you like it spicy their "Thai Spicy" is the real deal, dont try unless you can handle real spice.

First time ordering from here. The food was ok. I’ve definitely had better. I got the wonton soup, the taste of the broth was good but the wonton wrappers .. they just weren’t that good, they tasted weird.. The pork inside of them was meh. I also got the spring rolls which is what I was most excited for but the peanut sauce was definitely from a store bought bottle and had a strange taste and the rolls were way more lettuce than the noodles, they were mid. I also got the veggie lo mein and it was bland. The noodles were kinda chewy and super thick.

Firstly, I'd like to say that I have been a customer and have sent hundreds of dollars, given good tips even when I've picked up an order from this restaurant! The way the own treatedme today, when I had a problem with the food I received was so disgusting and condescending! I placed an online order for delivery through their website. They used to have a drop down option for notes. Well not anymore! So I wrote a note in the delivery driver note section and said Please do not add fish or fish cakes to my noddles. Then I called to communicate again no fish no meat! Only vegetables! My husband said I did say no meat when I called! So when I opened my food there was shrimp, and some rubber white meat on it
Which she said was "chicken" She literally said it was my fault for not writing no meat in a note section that she took away, because she said she removed, because customers where asking for certain meats and not wanting to pay the difference! She argued that I said no fish not no shrimp, or rubbery chicken! She told me that this is a waste for her business 🙄 She didn't want to make it right for the customer who paid 15 dollars for a meal they can't eat! Great customer service skills🙄NOT! Then she had the audacity to say I don't want to argue about this, and told me I could have another one with vegetables free, but I need to come get it, and bring the other one back! I ordered delivery for a reason!!! My foot is broken! I will never order from this place again! Hunan has better food, and Cindy is amazing! Just so you know lady! I own my own business too. Customer service is the key to HAVE A SUCESSFUL BUSINESS! Not COMPLAINING about wasting your food when your the one who misunderstood and made the mistake!

We recently dined in at Jin's Asian Bistro after enjoying their takeout several times, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and the attentive service. Our waitress, Frances, was delightful—so friendly and engaging, she made us feel right at home.
The portions were generous, allowing everyone at our table to sample each other's dishes, which was a treat. We ordered the crab cheese wontons, orange chicken, sesame chicken, crispy beef, and sweet and sour chicken. Every dish was packed with flavor, and the textures were spot on—especially the crispy beef, which had the perfect crunch.
Service was quick, but the food tasted fresh and made-to-order. Our whole party raved about their meals; there wasn't a single dish that didn’t impress. Jin's Asian Bistro is truly a hidden gem in Littleton, where great restaurant options can be limited. I highly recommend dining here if you’re looking for delicious Asian cuisine with generous portions and wonderful service.
