I arrived at 10:40 to the KFC off of Belleview and federal on Sunday 1/12/25 although there signs and time online says open late until 11:00 o’clock I was highly upset to find out that they weren’t open me and my husband drove 15 minutes to find out that we wouldn’t be getting our cravings of Kentucky Fried what’s the point of telling everyone that your open late if your not open until the time you say least to say we ended up coming back home to no chicken and empty stomachs very very disappointing we will most definitely not be back someone needs to do something about this !!!

This KFC is one of the cleanest and nicest restaurants I’ve visited. Alicia the manger is so polite and friendly. She does an amazing job keeping this restaurant clean. The food and service is amazing. I live In Highlands ranch and we drive all the way down here because of the service and cleanliness. The KFC on Countyline is so dirty I’ve stopped eating there. Thanks Alicia for the great service!

I spent $50 on a family meal of extra Krispy chicken. I went straight home 8mins away. It was the most disgusting chicken I have ever ate. It was soggy on top from the steam and soggy on the bottom from dark cooking oil. What is the point of extra Krispy? Chicken tasted like dirty cooking oil. Tossed all the chicken away. Ate mashed potatoes and gravy with biscuits for dinner for $50. Staff at this location is friendly and drive thru was fast.

I ordered a 6 piece spicy meal with 4 sides went to pick it up and I had 1 bag got home no sides at all and the chicken was just crispy not spicy. I called them and they said there was a second bag only one bag was handed to me not good service at all!!

These Guys came thru BIG time for Thanksgiving dinner (Cajun deep fried turkey) and all the fixin's. Smiles and assisted me getting it to the car. Thankyou team KFC !!!

The service that Michael gives every single time I come in is amazing. He is very attentive and detailed no matter what is presently going on in the restaurant. 5 stars goes to Michael. I give this place a 4 because besides a handful of workers like Michael, it breaks my heart to see them working so hard while others stand around and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, lifted not one finger. Michael needs a raise??♀️??

Have never once received food from the actual window. Every single time you are asked to pull around and then wait 10 plus minutes. This is ridiculous and fraud on their service scores. They never fulfill orders in the appropriate time. What a shame.

Yea this place is absolute gutter trash. I completely agree with all 1 star reviews after tonight. Went in at 8pm on a FRIDAY and am not satisfied one bit. Watched an employee grab fries from a giant chicken bucket in a warmer and guess what I got the same fries. Completely soggy and not even edible. Stood there waiting for my pickup order for 5 mins as multiple employees milled about without even acknowledging my presence. They were basically 80% shut down at 8pm! These ppl couldn't care less and I'd like to know if the regional manager has ever even visited this store. Never going back!!!
Update - went back to complain and they had the audacity to say my order didn't say no pickles when uhh duh I hate pickles and it sure as hell does say no pickles. The incompetence is astounding at this place.
They need more workers. One person seemed to be running herself ragged.

It took 20 minutes to get a mashed potato bowl for lunch today. 1 customer in line at the drive through, my husband. Then he checked the order and he had to remind them to put the popcorn chicken in the bowl. Which took more time. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes, several employees saw me but did not approach, I finally had to ask if anyone was working the counter. I was given rude looks like it was a joke that i was asking to have my order taken. Finally i left. Got the managers name, it is Shena. This all happened on 10-16-2024 at 7:45pm. This shift was rude and i would fire everyone.
