Floors were sticky and looks like they haven't been cleaned since yesterday. All of the booth tables were not wiped off plus it wasn't busy when I got there, they had time to clean and restock. But the service was pretty good.

I should of checked my order. When I got home, my order or 3 chicken tenders wasn't in my order and I order 2 jalapeños and I literally got 1 1/2...!!!! No sense is leaving home and going back. Frustrating!!!!

I realized my order was messed up so I went to the front register and i talk to the shift lead named Christan. she was very polite and made me a whole fresh meal. She also made sure it was made correctly. She made my night by giving me a root beer float free for me waiting and to apologize for my order.

Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes, nobody called for our order. Employees were closing down the store despite it being open another hour and the dinning area was locked despite that being open another half an hour. Sounds like the employees were trying to get away without working the last hour of their shifts.

I arrived at 10:40 to the KFC off of Belleview and federal on Sunday 1/12/25 although there signs and time online says open late until 11:00 o’clock I was highly upset to find out that they weren’t open me and my husband drove 15 minutes to find out that we wouldn’t be getting our cravings of Kentucky Fried what’s the point of telling everyone that your open late if your not open until the time you say least to say we ended up coming back home to no chicken and empty stomachs very very disappointing we will most definitely not be back someone needs to do something about this !!!

There was hair on my coleslaw. Do the employess not wear hair nets. The chicken was soggy not crispy ! The butter melted as it was thrown with the food. Whats happening to this place ??
This KFC is one of the cleanest and nicest restaurants I’ve visited. Alicia the manger is so polite and friendly. She does an amazing job keeping this restaurant clean. The food and service is amazing. I live In Highlands ranch and we drive all the way down here because of the service and cleanliness. The KFC on Countyline is so dirty I’ve stopped eating there. Thanks Alicia for the great service!

I spent $50 on a family meal of extra Krispy chicken. I went straight home 8mins away. It was the most disgusting chicken I have ever ate. It was soggy on top from the steam and soggy on the bottom from dark cooking oil. What is the point of extra Krispy? Chicken tasted like dirty cooking oil. Tossed all the chicken away. Ate mashed potatoes and gravy with biscuits for dinner for $50. Staff at this location is friendly and drive thru was fast.

I ordered a 6 piece spicy meal with 4 sides went to pick it up and I had 1 bag got home no sides at all and the chicken was just crispy not spicy. I called them and they said there was a second bag only one bag was handed to me not good service at all!!
