I come from the service industry so I expect at least decent food and service anywhere we go... Tonight, we got fries that must have been sitting under the heat lamp for too long and then re-fried because they were shriveled, dried, and rock hard. When you're slow, you can tell the customer that they need to wait a couple minutes. They won't be mad if they're getting fresh and good product.
