Went through drive through on 11/10 around 5pm. Worst food ever. Every thing was under cooked. I don't think the tenders ever hit grease and we're just thawed. Fries were luke warm and maybe microwaved but never put in grease. Apple pie bites old and hard. I'm sure the young people working here thought this was hilarious to give to a customer. Horrible people and Horrible food. Will never come here again

Disgusting, the chicken was so under fried that the breading was white, soft and falling off. Couldn't even eat anything we ordered except for the biscuits which were dry and old. Tried to give KFC one last shot but they have really run this company into the ground.

I wanted try the chicken tenders. They were like shoe leather, the biscuit was like a hockey puck. And I asked if there was a meal deal and I was told no. The cost of 2 of their so called meals $22. I'll never go back to that location. Too bad there aren't minus 5 stars.

Ordered an 8 pc and the coating on the chicken was even fully cooked. Was barely lukewarm after a 2 min drive. Only good thing was the mashed potatoes and gravy. Won’t be coming back.

Went and spent over 30+$ on the mist nastiest food ever!!! Had to throw it away. The famous bowl was disgusting. I asked for extra gravy and didn't get it. The corn was old and looked chewed up. The taco bell was cold and messy. Tacos were broken and flat. The tomatos were old and wrinkled. I will NEVER go back they again. Waste of money and had to spend more to get real food to feed my family..

The KFC Crave was real. Stopped by over the weekend. Ordered the 16-pc family meal. We received only 13 pieces. All of which were old and cold chicken that were probably under the heat lamp since lunch. Two of the sides were incorrect. We received corn x2. Didn't order corn. Three of the biscuits were uncooked balls of dough. Just a shame to get played so hard by this location. At least now we know not to bother coming back here, so there's a silver lining.

I didn’t eat here but they have the cleanest public restrooms I’ve ever been into let alone in a Fast Food restaurant. My 10 year old son said it was peaceful, smelled good, and clean enough for the Last Supper to be eaten there but unfortunately he didn’t leave it in that beautiful condition. Anyway, I asked the manager who cleaned it and he took pride in the fact he had just done it. Carlos, you a real one homie! Keep on keeping on and watch the blessing come to those who do right even when no one is looking! We all see you and appreciate you homie!
Usually I don’t post reviews or complain about fast food but man was this visit horrible. Aside from the fact that this place is rated so low. They managed to go further below expectation. If a pickup order is said to be ready at a certain time, I expect it to be ready at that time. Instead I’m waiting 20+ minutes past pickup time waiting to even be acknowledged by the staff & then when they finally came to me the food wasn’t ready. I watched this worker go over and hand make the whole meal. Worst of all, nothing was fresh. She chose the driest oldest pieces of chicken for my 2 sandwiches. How can you wait 20 more minutes past pickup time and not give me fresh food at least. This location definitely cuts corners and although they are “friendly”. The GM doesn’t care about speed or quality. The chicken sandwiches are the driest thing on earth. As stated below with others it is worse than beef jerky. Literally a choking hazard without the sauce. If you’re desperate for food and are thinking about stooping low enough to eat here. Safe yourself time and money. Can literally get better chicken at king soopers in the deli and buy some bread. Doubt the owner or manager will read any of these reviews. So going to call my bank and dispute the meal. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have never had a chicken sandwich that was as stiff as beef jerky but this KFC gave me the experience and they are super stingy with the sauce, finger licking trash.
