Waited 15 minutes for sandwiches to only get them home and they are hard as a rock.Must have been left over from the day before. Unacceptable. And you wonder why the chain is in trouble.

Order a 2 piece dark original, the chicken itself was most but the breading was anemic looking. Very light in color and mushy. Breading didnt even stick to the chicken. The place is filthy both in the customer eating area and in the cooking area. Spills and trash just scattered about. Ate in and was there for 30-40 mins didnt see one workers attempt to clean tables of sweep/mop the floor. Looking at under the tables and the filth that is caked at the table mounts looks like this places hasnt had a deep clean in a very long time. The soda fountain area a complete mess. The carpets on the floor also looked like they havent been clean in a very long time. The best thing in the meal was the biscuit. This was the 1st time in many years I gave KFC a shot again but it very much missed the mark.

Our recent experience at this KFC location was disappointing. We placed an order through the app and used the drive-thru for pickup. Upon checking our food, we discovered a missing pot pie. Instead of notifying us about the unavailability of the item, it was unilaterally substituted with macaroni and cheese and a dessert, none of which we requested or were consulted about. Furthermore, the drive-thru attendant was unhelpful and rude when we attempted to resolve the issue. The consistent lack of adequate customer service at this particular location is concerning, and we would opt for a different KFC if one were conveniently located nearby.

On occasion cheese in mashed potatoes is great. However when it is supposed to be there and I didn't want it there, it is not great. It appears the same scoop was used to scoop mac and cheese the stuck in the potatoes ti scoop my potatoes. Then gravy poured on top. Im not ok with that. Do better. Use diffetent scoops- filthy animals!

First they tried to tell me that what I had seen online was a different price in the store . I ordered and order was completely wrong . No one knew what was going on , Food was mediocre at best . KFC sure has gone downhill . Food quality is very different ! I will not be returning. Fried chicken at king soopers is better than this .
Quality is ok, but did not get dipping sauce and second side I paid for.

Went through drive through on 11/10 around 5pm. Worst food ever. Every thing was under cooked. I don't think the tenders ever hit grease and we're just thawed. Fries were luke warm and maybe microwaved but never put in grease. Apple pie bites old and hard. I'm sure the young people working here thought this was hilarious to give to a customer. Horrible people and Horrible food. Will never come here again
