The Boba tea here was excellent. Tons and tons of choices. They have every kind of Boba and they do a great job with the flavors. I was surprised at the amount of Boba we received so that was a special surprise we weren't expecting. They also have a lot of other blends and blushes if you're not into Boba tea or tea type drinks. Something for everyone here for sure.

We just were in both got the milk and brown sugar drink legitimately tasted like milk only milk. We asked for no Boba In mine it was with Boba, and my brothers had none We get that's ab honest mistake but we paid almost $20 for drinks and both didn't drink them again it was milk no sweetness at all it's a bummer.

We tried to order lychee black tea today, but the staff insisted lychee punch is the same thing. As you can see, there’s no way this is black tea. I ordered lychee punch/black tea with 50% sugar many times and had never tasted one as bland as this one.
Not sure if management has changed, because this location has been going downhill. It used to be our preferred location. Management needs to do a better job training its staff.

Ordered a drink for my daughter, with Boba and didn't come with any.
This is my first one star review of any place I've been to. We waited almost 30 min for our order. Our order came out wrong - no Boba was in our daughter's drink. My strawberry lemonade was lukewarm. The young male cashier got my husband's order wrong 3 times before I had to repeat it a 4th time to him. Wow, this was one of the worst experiences we've had at any takeout place. Management Team: Please train those younger employees better.

We’ve visited this store on a regular basis. But milk tea here has become very inconsistent over the past month. We had orders for less sugar tasted much more sweeter than before and we had one time order milk tea with boba and the boba was half way cooked and hard to chew. We had another time when we ordered the same two drinks and they tasted completely different. I really wish the owner can see this and improve the consistency of the drinks.
