Went today and order a pizzq, the pizza was undercooked, i ask to speak to the manager, this very young lady said she was, she look like she was 16, i know she was lying, so after multiple request for a refund, a young man with an assistant manager badge finally give a refund cash, and i pay with a debit card… and he just give me a partial refund the total of my bill was14,01, transaction number 0412-0002, the name of the girl who said she was a cashier was isabella… and i am sure she was just a cashier, way to train your staff little ceasar!!!!

Everything is very good with one exception. I reallly hate the way they cut the thin crust pizza. Why not cut it like most other pizzas? When I ask for that change for my order it is a roll of the dice that determines whither or not they do it for me.

Will never order from this place again. Horrible staff guy and even more horrible was the manager on duty. I ordered a pretzel crust pepperoni pizza tonight and didn't look in the box after picking it up. Got home and we started eating but didn'tit's a regular crust. I called them and they said bring in the pizza. I did that and because we ate a half of the pizza they said no to exchanging it and making this right. They claimed what they gave me was a pretzel crust but that was that was a lie. See the picture. Nothing epic about the pizza or the experience. I will drive further to make sure this place does not get my money ever again. I was forced to give one star but they don't Der serve any stars.

Always order online and get the fanceroni instead of the classic pepperoni. I got home and they made a classic pepperoni pizza but still charged me for the fanceroni. I called and they ignored my call then put me on hold for 15 min before I hung up. Check your pizzas before you leave!!!

Love this location. The food is always made quick. And the staff is always friendly. Its an affordable option compared to other places. And like I said the staff here is really great. Makes the whole experience worth while.
