I had to change my rating from 5 due to the service as of late. I'm not sure what's changed in the last 3-4 months, but like others, we were treated rudely each time but it's been worse and worse.
Today we came in for lunch and wanted to know if noodles can be subbed for rice. She seemed annoyed and said $2 more. I was fine with that and preceded to order that dish. She walked away while I was still ordering the 2nd dish. Got food with rice, no noodles. I was going to say something, but she was left immediately again. Her pepper shrimp was amazing. My Mu Shu was ok. I asked for a box and she seemed annoyed but again walked away while I was still asking for cups for sauce and soup. She comes by shortly after that and tries taking our soups. My wife had to tell her we were still eating it and wanted a to-go cup for one. Was rude again about being asked for a soup cup. Came back with to-go containers and brought the bill which still had the noodle upcharge of which I didn't receive. Had to fix that after some going back and forth about it. She watched over me when I wrote out the tip and wouldn't leave until I was done signing. She did bring us pineapple sauce to go we asked for (so good, their version of sweet and sour).
Not sure the drive is worth the attitude when some dishes are great and some are just ok.

This place is awful. This woman (photo) was incredibly rude & disrespectful. 1st time here ever & service was unkind & unwelcoming. Definitely not coming back. Don’t come here ever. This woman should be fired (see other reviews).

Really? That’s your response? This establishment has poor ownership and probably won’t last.

The rudest servers I’ve ever experienced. One of the waitresses literally yelled at my mom when she wanted to look at a menu to place a to go order. Slammed our food down on the table didn’t offer us anything to drink. Would not recommend this place under any circumstances

Food was fine for what I got, I had a Shirley Temple with some Miso and some crab Rangoon. Was supposed to be 12.56. The reason I am rating so low for service is that when I went to check out I was charged 25.12, when I look at the receipt the excess was on the tip. I do not recall ever being asked if I wanted to tip. I will almost always tip if asked, but charging a 100% tip is just shady. I do not know if this is standard practice for your business, but if so you need to post this. I know some businesses are shifting to a service fee but to spring this on customers without telling them is VERY shady. The only reason you got 3 stars is because the food was ok, but because of the shady tipping practice I will not be coming again.

Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Management at Little Holly’s

I’ve been a loyal customer of Little Holly’s Chinese Restaurant for eight years, consistently ordering without complaint—until recently. My latest experience was deeply frustrating and has made me reconsider my patronage.

I ordered delivery and was shocked to find my food left on my porch for roughly 20 minutes without any notification. I was just 20 feet from my glass screen door, with the main door open, watching TV. The delivery driver neither knocked nor rang the doorbell, despite clear visibility through the glass. This was not a one-time issue; it’s the third time the driver failed to alert me upon delivery.

When I called to address this, the manager—who has answered the phone for years—was dismissive and unhelpful. She insisted the driver rang the doorbell, which is simply untrue, as I was close enough to hear any knock or ring. After requesting a refund of the tip, she put me on hold for two minutes, only to return and repeat the driver’s claim.

Her tone was condescending, and she shockingly told me the restaurant “didn’t need my business or money” and that I didn’t have to order from them. She processed the tip refund but abruptly hung up on me.

This level of unprofessionalism from management, coupled with repeated delivery issues, is unacceptable. As a long-time customer, I’m disappointed by the lack of accountability and respect. I cannot recommend Little Holly’s until these issues are addressed.

Never been treated the way I was when went to pick up an order. If you ask a question, please have a little respect and listen for the answer. Worst service I’ve ever had and not to mention not receiving any food because they wouldn’t take the time to listen. Please take the time not to be rude. Never going back. Expect to feel like you are rushed and you can’t hear a damn thing. Enjoy people.
