Tea came in paper cups and although we were the only guests there we were not checked on once the food and drink were served. Did not make for a special stop- too bad as it is very close by.

Tea was fine but the baker lady was kinda rude about my kid doin stuff, even though they’re supposedly kid friendly with kids games etc…? Confusing vibes.

It was our first time attending high tea.. the snacks were tasty but the customer service was lacking. Tea wasn't served until a half hour after our reservation started and were rushed at the end to pack up and leave. 20% gratuity is included in price which seems like a bit much for the service you receive.

Just wanted to give a huge thank you and shout out to Lynn’s Tea Shop. I host an annual holiday tea at my house and they were able to help me out with scones and macarons. I emailed Carolyn and she responded right away with answers to all my questions. I ended up getting 3 different flavors of scones- Lemon Blueberry, cranberry orange (gluten free) and cream scones and they came with the lemon curd, jelly and Devonshire cream. They were delicious! For the macarons I got 2 different flavors- Raspberry and Chocolate….AMAZING!! Thank you Carolyn and everyone at Lynn’s Tea Shop for all your help! Next time I will plan an afternoon tea at the cafe!

Best home made chicken noodle soup I have ever purchased from a restaurant. I’ve had their other soups also; all are good; and the service is always good. The chicken noodle soup gets 6 out of 5 stars!

Ambience is very nice and appealing ,but poor customer service . Ordered a hot beverage but it tasted like the beverage was mixed with water. No taste. I could have purchased from gas station better beverage. Whoever is in-charge should take charge of it .
So good! Brought my mom for high tea for her birthday and we left VERY full and so happy! The vanilla butterscotch tea is the best tea I've ever had! So delicious and the quiche was to die for!! Seriously it's so fluffy and buttery! I love this place and am looking forward to my next visit!

I would truly avoid this place. The customer service is so poor and I was so surprised at this quality of the beverage. I wanted an iced chai but it was so watered down and barely and flavor. When I told the barista Carol she was very bothered and when I asked for something different she rolled her eyes and said she would swap it out for me but when I asked for a coffee she told me she doesn't make a lot of coffee.
I told her twice I was happy to pay the difference but she said no.. then waited until I was eating and then yelled the difference from the register Very unprofessional and I couldn't wait to get out of this place.

I’ve been to Lynn’s Tea Shop many times for Teddy bear Tea. I am quite upset that when I called to ask when I bring my granddaughters for the full tea if I could also bring a very finicky grandson and have him just order something off the menu, I was refused. I find this very sad to not accommodate a child /force the adult to pay full price for a child that won’t eat the food but wanted to be included in the activity. Can we just be kind to children?
